Before I go over what my plan is and everything else, I just want to tell you a little about myself. I turned 18 in December, but have been into IM since I was 13, maybe earlier. I began by selling stuff on ebay, and selling all sorts of services on DP. I have purchased probably 50 domains, however I have only ever made significant amounts of money off one of those, which sells different types of social marketing services. I started it in 2009 and I will usually make anywhere from $1.5k-$4k a month from that one site. I am really happy with my success, especially as I am so young, but I know it isn't anywhere near as much as I could earn if I began putting more effort into new projects and not giving up before even making the website. I always come up with new ideas of what to do and always end up drifting away from it, mainly because I am just an incredibly lazy guy. I go from being super pumped up and wanting to work non-stop to just wanting to sleep and do nothing all day.

So...now that I have got that over with, I will explain what this thread is about. Basically, I am going to be making Adsense niche sites, and will be posting regular updates on what I am doing and any earnings. I will be sharing as much as I can to help people out wanting to do the same thing, or people just looking for extra tips. And of course I hope to learn as much as possible from other members contributing to the thread.

    My Goal

My goal is to make as many high quality adsense niche sites each making a minimum of $5-10 a day, preferably around $20. The main aim is to build as many sites as I need to in order to achieve a steady $4,000 a month, which I think is easily achievable if I stick to it and keep building and working hard.

    My Plan

As stated earlier I will simply be creating as many high quality Adsense niche sites as I possibly can. Each site will target different amount of exact monthly searches and CPC's. I will be outsourcing the majority, if not all, of the writing as I am still at school and do not have enough time to write enough articles. Each site will have completely different premium themes from places like themeforest, and will be Magazine/Newspaper styles as these work well for me. As I write this thread I have just started a week break from school, and will have 8 days to get everything going smoothly and ready to begin properly.

I have already began doing keyword research to find some keywords I can target with large CPC. I will be gathering enough information for a few sites to begin with, get those sites registered and begin working on them, and then later on do further keyword research.

I forgot to mention that I started a niche site in September last year, but didn't get round to doing SEO and working properly on it till around the 27th November, and it has just began making nice amounts daily. I am ranking #1 for the main keyword I was after (49500 exact searches, $0.27 CPC) and a few other related keywords. I did my research wrong for this keyword and for some reason didn't realise how low the CPC was, which has annoyed me as the earnings could be twice as much if it was a little higher. The site is in the Health niche. It is currently making an average $18 a day, and in total has made a total of $280 so far (only just ranked #1 for the main keyword). I spent quite a lot on SEO, and on my next sites will do my SEO much more efficiently as I know what works and what doesn't now (sort of).

I will post ranking updates of my current niche site that is making money, and also all my new sites, along with any other updates I feel relevant to share with you all.

I have quite a lot of money in my savings for someone my age, which has all been earned through IM, and I have decided I will be investing around $750 per site depending on the competition of each niche. I will be able to earn this all back easily in about two months or less from each site once they are ranking well.

I know a lot of people post these kind of threads, and some end up giving up, or just don't update their threads, however I am definitely not going to be doing that as this thread will get me working, as it always help me achieve things if I tell other people my plans because I never want to be a failure!

I won't do an update every day, as that can get annoying for people, but I will update at least like 4 times a week, and keep everyone up to date on what I am up to. I am starting to ramble now and not layout the thread well so I will finish talking and wait till tomorrow to update you all!

Good luck, sounds like you know what you're doing.
I feel like I'll be staying with youtube + ppd forever as I have no idea how to find a decent niche on something that could potentially get enough traffic to make anything with adsense..

Good luck, I believe you can do serios business with that, in fact the amount of 4000$ is just amazing to me...

One thing I would like you to explain, (if you don't mind, of course) it's how you're going to setup your sites (I'm assuming you're using Wordpress) BEFORE starting the seo off-page, I mean, plugins you're gonna use, code adjusts, etc. I'm asking this to you cause I've seen that a lot of niche experts here seem not to pay attention to that, and I'd really love to see how an expert like you does that.... If you consider that a secret then it's right, lol, no matter. ;)

Good Luck again and thanks for this post!

Alright, so far I have registered 3 new domains and here is some of the details about them:

    Site 1:
Going to be a huge health niche site (hundreds of posts). Will be rankings inner pages and not the homepage. Each page will be targeting at least 3 keywords or so, that have over 2k searches monthly at least.
There are 12 main keywords that all have xx,xxx searches a month, but the CPC isn't so good for each one, however I have done a lot of analyzing and ranking #1 for all 12 of these keywords will pull in $4,681 a month alone. However, there are hundreds of different keywords that I can rank for and they can all earn $xx a month easily, and they are not hard to rank for.

Here is a few examples of some of the keywords I will be trying to rank for:
    22,200 - $1.02
    40,500 - $0.63
    49,500 - $0.74
    49,500 - $0.84
    49,500 - $0.82
    60,500 - $0.59

Realistically, I think I could rank #1 for 5 keywords that have much easier competition than other keywords I have been able to rank #1 for in about 2-3 months. At the moment I cannot really say what I will rank for as there are literally thousands of keywords to go for that I could rank for, but out of the ones analyzed, ranking for 5 fairly easy competition keywords would earn $1,057.

My plan for this site is simple, I am going to get articles written right away, and will schedule the posts so that 1 is published ever day to three days. I am not going to try and rank straight away for all the keywords I have found, but instead target small bunches of keywords (maybe 3 or 5) and then once I am successful with those, move onto other ones.

This site will be my main focus for the next few months as it could potentially earn thousands and thousands a month, and if it does I will sell it after about a year.

    Site 2:
This is a smaller site, and will only have about 10-20 pages. The main keyword has 40,500 exact monthly searches and a CPC of $0.50. Again the CPC isn't good at all really, but I wanted to get this site done as it is relatively easy to rank for I think. There is a decent amounts of keywords I can rank for, totaling about an extra 23820 exact monthly searches, with the CPC ranging from $0.3 to $1.2.

I am getting the content written in the next few days, get the site fully completed and will begin my SEO on the site, which I will share here what I plan to do.

I estimate that I can rank for the main keyword (40,500 searches) within no more than 3 months, and will be making $300 monthly alone from this one keyword.

    Site 3:
This site will take hardly any work at all, and I don't plan to spend too much on it as it only has an average CPC of $0.15, but the main keyword has 49,500 monthly searches, and it looks incredibly easy to rank for, even though I could be wrong obviously.

Going to get the content done for the site, begin SEO, and if I can get the main keyword ranked well, will rank other related keywords, and then sell it after a few months. I think this site can pull in an extra $350-$400 a month or more from the main keyword and few other related ones.

I will post another update when I have completed the two smaller niche sites, and once I have done a significant amount of the huge niche site. Ranking updates will come in about a week once I start SEO!

Thanks! I did the keyword research a while back and have only just come round to actually making the sites, and the CPC isn't that high but it doesn't really matter in this case as the search volumes are really high, and as you can see from my last post they will still make a nice amount.

Also, this way you can properly test out CPA with each site, as you have hundreds of unique visits a day to your site. Keywords with small search volumes and high CPC are good for adsense, but can be tricky to test CPA out or email marketing etc.

But saying that, the next sites that I will be making are going to be targeting are going to be in the middle, with reasonable monthly searches and CPC of $0.9+ or something. I don't think it is that important what the CPC is, as long as the keyword can make money and I can rank for it, I am gonna go for it!

I will post more about my SEO methods later on when I start doing SEO on the new sites. On my site that is currently making about $18 a day and is #1 for a keyword with 49,500 searches, I did pretty much everything i could. I wasn't keeping track of what I was buying, but mainly I purchased the following:

    - High PR blog posts
    - High PR contextual homepage links
    - Profile links, blog comments. Profile links on really high PR domains only, and blog comments on high pr pages with low OBL only. Nothing spammy.
    - Wiki links. Got some of someone on this forum, can't remember who, but I will found out later.
    - Social bookmarking. Ordered a bunch of different social bookmarking services from different people on this forum.
    - Web 2.0. Just made a load of web 2.0 blogs and properties, on like squidoo, tumblr etc. Made blog comments and profile links to these as well.

That is pretty much it. The blog posts seemed to be the most effective, but the basic things like blog comments seemed to be quite effective. People say diversity is the key, and I definitely agree!

Just the one. I don't plan on making hundreds of sites so it won't be a problem. Plus, each site will have plenty of content on, unique designs, basically 100% whitehat, and therefore Google should be happy.

Once I reach say 20 sites, I will either stop and expand them, or sell a few and make more. However, that is a long way off as I only have 1 running adsense site that is making money at the moment, and 3 in 'production'.

The site I mentioned earlier that will have hundreds of posts will take up most of my time, and i don't think I will ever stop working on it as there is so much content i can put on it, and so many keywords to target. I will probably make a few small sites here and there if i find keywords that are decent, just to sell on Flippa after they are ranked for a few hundred dollars.

Subscribed, as it really looks promising. Most of the guys stop after a few days/weeks, as you said, but you sound like you will go through with this!

First of all, good luck in making your goal! I have seen many of your posts on other similar threads and as soon as I saw this thread was yours, I instantly became interested in following it. I think you will very likely make your goal - you seem to be well focused and have a very good game plan.

I do have a question for you though - what sort of calculation are you basing your potential for ranking #1 in a keyword? Obviously it would be based on # searches and the CPC... just wondering what specific or even general calculation you are using.

I look forward to you making your goal - I am starting my own MNSs as well... In my case, I'm not starting a thread yet... but have already begun a small scale approach at first - one that I will ramp up month by month.

Congratulations for your success so far, especially being so young. I hope you do keep us posted because I think it will make an interesting read for all of us. My kids are off school this week and I'm going to teach my son to make his own WordPress site. He's 7 and wants to build a blog about his love of lego :D

He'll be making more money than me by the time he's 10 LOL
