Week 2:
I finally got around to get everything up, it's been a very productive week and I've gotten a lot of work done!

My checklist as of now:

I got the website up on an old domain that had links from The Guardian to the main page and is also in the relevant niche, so I'm very happy about that!

Social media:

• Mother account is up and running with relevant content and gaining followers each day!
• My first 4 slave account is also running with relevant content, f/u, DMs and everything I need
• I also bought 20 new slave accounts and started warming them up.
• Setup a Twitter and a Facebook page (I don't really like doing marketing on these platforms)
• Relevant content is now posted to Facebook, Twitter will be next
• Having a lot of problems with Jarvee and TikTok, working out the issues with the support
• Scraped about 800 relevant TikTok videos that's being posted to the stories of the different account and also walls

Website content:

• Found a expired website with relevant content (150+ articles)
• Posted my first 2 articles this week and already getting some traffic.
• Plan to post 1 article each day.

Keywords:

• Done TONS of keyword research and found some great opportunities!

Backlinks, guest posts etc:

• Waiting until I have some more relevant content.

Goals for next week:

• Hire a VA to clean up, optimize and prepare the 150+ articles I imported (I spend way too much time doing this, so I think it would be best to hire someone to do this)
• Start building PBN sites, I bought a couple of 40+ DA domains
• I bought 50 expired articles, so I should have enough content now for a long time
• Publish 7 more articles.
• Automate the creation of pictures and videos for social media based on blog content (already found 2 great services with API and templates for this)

Current stats:

• Instagram followers on main account: 288 (10 new the last 2 days)
• Money earned: $0
• Articles published: 2

One thing I've been thinking about is maybe doing dropshipping in the future. I haven't decided fully yet, but I order so much stuff from china and I've just discovered BuckyDrop, this would give me a lot cheaper prices then AliExpress and a lot more products then what I see on AliExpress or DHgate. I've seen so many of the things I link to on Amazon on Taobao for 1/10 of the price. Any thoughts on this?

• The VA continue to produce HQ content and I'm very pleased with the content and the outreach being done
• As I've posted earlier we had a huge jumpt in Ahrefs ranks and it just keeps going up and we're ranking for new terms every day. There was just 2 weeks of sandobox for this website!
• The visitors have grown too, see stats below.
• I went ahead and took the 100k Launch & Scale Academy 2.0 from Charlie Brandt, as this is relevant also for my day job working with CRO and UX. This delivered a lot of value and I've realized that maybe my budget was a litte wrong as I don't need new products every 6 months and I can also try out new products without having all the HQ photos etc for it. So I went ahead and ordered a gig on fiverr to get products that doesn't have a lot of competition but good earning on amazon. She got me 4 products with market research, keyword research, demographic and launch plan all done. So I'm now about to hire someone to do the google ads for the initial trial. I see at least 2 of the products working for my site.
• We also got 3 HQ guest posts published.
• Instagram continued to be a bitch until I got in contact with @Cro7 and we shared some great knowledge with each other and he helped me create cheap and fast scrapper accounts, now it's running normally since 3 days.
• I also received my first simcards and have set this up. I now pay 35 pounds a month for unlimited data and simcards
• I also changed the theme of the website and went from a 45 score on Ahrefs to 97. Improved speed and also the look to be more magazine like. This also prepares it for the eCommerce and installing WooCommerce.

• Instagram: 640 followers (+80, about 5.7 followers a day)
• 114 new backlinks built, including new PBNs from high DR domains
• 14k more words written for main site.
• 27 more articles published
• 354 outreach done for guest posts
• 3 guest posts published.
• Money earned: 0$

• $100 - Fiverr product gig
• $100 - Jarvee
• $26 - recharge simcard
• $50 - new proxies
