I am insane and if you read this and thought cool or normal then you are also insane:

A random man in Europe chose to risk everything for riches!

A fun dance between glory and mediocrity.

That would be my story.

Although I doubt anybody gives a single thought to me, I still like to feel important, just like every single one of you.

And I am not kidding, I dropped out of collage and quit my part time job. At the age of 20, I am choosing to burn the boats.

A bit extreme, considering I might struggle to pay rent in three months.

But I am excited too, ”everything on the line” feeling is a very addicting feeling.

Anyway, enough of this personal rant.

Let us get down to business: My secret simple “sauce“ that will guarantee my success

But before that, I need to let you understand my situation a bit better:

Long term goal: 10k profit in a month.
Short term goal: Get one client so I can pay rent in three months
The goal of this post: To network, be accountable and help other people through what I learn.

The business model I chose: An all round digital marketing agency,

I already chose a niche, did extensive market research and outlined a strategy of how the agency will run.

I am starting this with a pimp as co-founder. (Not that I do not participate in the cultural ritual of pimping, but that is for another story)

A team of a video editor and a copywriter.

Both are probably on weed.

But that is besides the point.

And I am not complaining, my background is even worse.

And if there is any problem, we can outsource it to the sea of Hungary freelancers on Upwork.

Skills so far:
I am surprised to say that I have accumulated an array of skills. Not at the expert level but just good enough. Above the amateur, which makes me a pretty impressive marketer.

This is because, I have started multiple busisness ventures before. Multiple is not the right description. More like EVERY SINGLE ONE UNDER THE SUN

My lazy ass never committed to stick with one…

Anyway, here is what I can do:
I want to rank them into three levels => Good, noob, I am confused
Split into three extra in between like =>Good, Semi good, Noob, Semi noob, I am confused and WTF is this.

Marketing skills:

Copywriting: Good
E-mail/SMS marketing: Good
Ads/Funnel building: semi good
Social media strategy: Semi good
Brand Image and strategy: semi good
Sales/Human relations: semi good
Web design/store building: semi good
Story telling: Noob
Cold outreach: Noob
SEO: Noob
Video production: WTF is this
Graphic design: WTF is this
Coding: WTF is this

Other useful skills:

Bullshiting: Legendary
Pimping: Legendary
Strategy: semi legendary
Radical-non western views of the world: semi legendary
Extensive-nerd-research: Good
Optimism: Good
Fitness/bodybuilding: semi good
Customer management: semi good
Client management: noob

Soooo, you migh ask: Why is this a dying business model?
Well, you see my comrade.

This story started with a very annoying trend and a certain Youtuber that made my life harder.

This trend was: SMMA (Social media marketing agency, It was a Trend some time ago)
The YouTuber that pushed this trend: Iman Gahdzi

I probably wrote his name wrong but who cares,

And since it was trendy and this big YouTuber offered a course on it, millions saw it and thousands tried this business model.

And now,

I am going to give you one of the lessons I learned along my lonely journey. No wait, make that two.

The second would be important in this case.

The first key: Never do what everyone is doing. Everyone is average and this makes it average, overused and of extreme low quality.

I connect it with the idea of scale and quality:

What is exclusive, has a higher quality
What is available to the masses, is of low quality.

THIS means you have thousands of child entrepreneurs thinking they can become millionaires if the run an agency and this creates subpar/shitty quality agencies that try to help clients but end up failing and start stealing/scamming money from their clients.

Which brings me to the next key matter:

Negative reputation spreads further and wider.

This means nobody wants to work with SMMA agencies anymore, because of biological pattern recognition that if without, humans would not have survived until now.

And this brings me to the last point. And then I will end this post…

If you want to come into a market like that. A “red ocean market“ is what I think it is called? Correct me, If I am wrong.

In a nutshell, with a market that is filled with competition with mostly subpar competitors and few dominating the market, you need to do all of the following:

  1. Identify what the market audience’s pains and desires are and their experiences with common solutions like yours.
  2. Identify a niche that is ignored or less used that you could target while making a profit.
  3. Find a way to be different than everyone in everything you do (Offer, marketing and delivery) by thinking outside the box.
  4. Craft ONE no brain offer that you put everything into It’s marketing and delivery!
  5. And finally OVERDELIVER so much value to your clients they give you their daughter to marry
If you do these at the skill levels of at least above amateur, in this case good enough…
Then you will succeed!

This has been a pretty general advice from me, but really, for the last week, that is what I have been focusing on. I am now ready to craft the offer and the funnel. And all that is left is marketing.

Since I have a team that I could put to use, we can do multiple outreach/Traffic strategies at the same time.

I recommend if you are a one man army to focus on and master only one outreach strategy.

I will share some more detailed advice in this thread during the future.

For now, for the start, I will stick with this simple and generic advice that 95% of people ignore…

Which is why they fail.

Feel free to ask me questions, I will try to answer any question as long as I do not divulge my core strategies and systems. And of course, I will try to only answer the questions I can answer.

I am not an expert but I am good enough:)

Haha, thank you brother. I am still a BHW „noob“ so I can not Pm yet. Feel free to pm me if you would like to connect.

Truly entertaining post, you have semi legendary writing skill ;)
Keep it up, I hope you will stick up with this journey

Good luck, I felt it when you talk about trying to make it in dead models and what makes a model "dead".

By definition sadly, many of us on this site are still playing in these dead spaces hoping to be the "lucky one".

However if you commit im sure you will make it, time often weeds out many people even though it is saturated right now

you can probably find corners and clients etc.

As my tired eyes gaze at this comment, I smile.

You bet I will stick with it. I have been pulling all-nighters left and right.

At this point, the word "sleep" is foreign to me, something of myth.

Anyway, thank you, man. I try to keep my boring posts fun, otherwise, nobody will read them.

I will be writing an update either today or tomorrow as the agency is ready to go online. You might want to read that; I have an important B2B crazy creative idea for cold outreach, if something like that interests you.

Have a good day, brother, wherever you are out there.

"Thanks, man!

And I feel you.

Honestly, I have the same thoughts...

Maybe I am the 'lucky one,' maybe I am 'different,' maybe I will be the 'one'...

Do you know what I have to say about that?

Hell yeah, I am gonna be the one!

Maybe this has to do with my high optimism.

Well...

Either I die or succeed.

Well, death is a bit extreme, but the 9-5 grind is basically death to me.

As for clients...

I will be writing an update either today or tomorrow as the agency is ready to go online.

Anyway, good luck to you too, whatever you might be doing."

Good luck mate, I don't think you're insane, just very excitable.
Many thanks!

Many friends and some of my family keep telling me I am insane.

So I am not sure myself.

Maybe I am too young and thus get excited very quickly or it is my high optimism.

Anyway, good luck to you too.

Update: How I created the most powerful outreach method to get B2B clients!

In the midst of Europe.

In a certain building basement.

In the midst of the night.

While hearing the screaming of bugs and cats mating, I write this update.

I hate cats. They are too arrogant, so arrogant that they dare to mate in public.

What is even more annoying is that a few days prior to their mating, a few males tend to fight during the night for dominance.

This really pisses me off.

I am trying to build a business here, damn it.

Anyway, hola amigos.

You read the title correctly. I am going to share the genius way, the easiest way to get B2B clients.

Really, I might change your life with this.

And if I do, please PM me so you can give me my 50% share.

But before that, here's a little update on how far I am with the agency:

I spend the last few days barely sleeping

I kid you not, I have been working 24/7 with liters of coffee in my blood.

I am surprised I am alive at this point...

But it is all worth it.

My competent team and I have completed all the strategies, and we have made the website.

We have created many social media accounts and are to schedule most of the posts for the month.

Market research is pretty much finished, and I have crafted the offer.

(If any of you are struggling with creating an irresistible offer, you can check out Alex Hormozi's $100M Offer free course at Acquisition.com. The guy is amazing. Others charge as high as $1,500 for the same content of this course. And he does it for free. Truly a saint.)

I am now in the midst of creating a sales letter/page.

Tomorrow, we should start our social media content production.

And sometime later, probably very soon, I will be running my own personal brand too.

I will lead all the traffic to the agency`s sales page.

The personal brand will be focused on YouTube/Instagram/TikTok, while the agency will only be posting normal text-based posts.

We will also be running a cold outreach strategy, which brings me to the title of this little post.

Why my cold outreach plan is super duper genius

If there were a competition on coming up with genius ideas, I would be the world champ.

Now listen carefully:

I will share the entire plan for our cold outreach.

My plan for cold outreach:

I will find 10 email leads in my niche every day and put them into a Google Sheet.

Then I will choose 2 of these leads and conduct super-duper intense research on them.

I will try to find as much information as possible.

And I will send them a very simple message:

"Yo,

I like X, Y, Z about you.
It seems like you know your stuff!

I want to invite you to an interview/podcast to talk about yourself and your business on YouTube.

My goal is to interview (random number) people in your occupation to raise awareness about (topic).

Could you be interested?

P.S: I am doing open-source market research about your occupation."

This is not the exact message, but the structure and wording are very similar :)

The idea of this plan is to get some of these leads to build a relationship with us while fueling their ego.

And also to get some amazing content on my YouTube channel.

This is effective for a few reasons:

  1. I am honest and do not want to sell anything.
  2. Everyone likes to talk about themselves.
  3. The message and goal are human (shocking).
  4. I am giving value.
The rest of the leads would receive the normal cold outreach email we usually send.

The email is less personalized, but it has a high chance of working for reasons that will remain a mystery to you :)

And that is everything.

Thanks for all the support from you.

To be honest, I have been feeling pretty much at home in this community. I feel like I am understood here.

Maybe because in the real world, very few have aspirations and ambition like myself, while here (I am not gonna lie, even here few have my screwed mindset), it feels like everybody is struggling together toward the goal of money-making.

Once I get a more even footing with my agency, I will try to provide more value on these forums.

Maybe I will post some guides here and there.

But for now, I have to gatekeep some stuff.

Anyway, I will post an update on my idea and see if it works.

Peace out.

Good luck in your journey. Writing style is enjoyable and motivating for sure but I hope you don't think it will be easy :)

Loving this journey thread so far

You look like a really talented individual

I am in the same journey as you.

If you ever want to exchange ideas or anything, you can DM me!

Good luck

Update:All that is left to do is to consistently put in the work.
Fate has not been smiling upon me lately.

Perhaps I have offended Lady Luck.

Well, maybe because I tent to be a bit of a misogynist.

Because…

A lot of distractions and problems have occurred in my personal life stopping me from putting in the work.

However I am still trying to put in most of my time into this!

Anyway, before I continue to write about my progress, I want to give a word of thanks to all the chads here following this journey of conquest and glory.

Truly thank you, you help me keep going, as I have nobody in my personal life that is with me.

As everyone is telling me that what I am doing is a grave mistake and that I should continue collage.

Once I get the “Newbie+“ status, I am going to pm some of you to connect.

Together we are strong, divided we are weak.

Alright, enough emotional talk. We are businessmen here, let us get down to business.

How to put in the boring work
I have launched my personal brand and I am training my video productions skills to start uploading social media.

For text based posts, I am posting motivational quotes and some memes. I rotate every now and then.

I am trying to develop a twitter strategy and I am slowly exploring Linkdin.

While my team edits the sales page, I am creating my own Newsletter with sequences too.

I am also slowly finding suitable leads, doing research on them and reaching out.

My 100% focus is on these tasks above that I mentioned.

That is what I have been doing the past few days.

Every day I dedicate 10min of my time to be active on each social media platform. I comment and post. I scroll around and see tends and how people behave on these platforms.

It is boring work. I am trying to mass produce content and scheduling them for the next months and let it run on autopilot. But this takes some annoying time.

Other than that, I found the easiest way to motivate my self and stay consistent is:

Setting up tasks that needs to be completed first otherwise I am not allowed to sleep.

The more I complete one of them the more I trust myself to complete the next. This builds into a snowball effect where I smash through all tasks of the day with ease.

I highly recommend you using this. Start with three tasks that need to be completed every day. They need to be simple and easy, such as “10-min social media post creation” or “Go to the gym for 30min” or “go to bed at 11pm”

Slowly, you will start trusting yourself the more and more until your calendar is full with tasks you smash one after the other.

This is it for today, again thank you all.

I kept it short for this time, since I am pretty busy.

Peace out!

This was really interesting to read.
I will also try SMMA and I hope for best results. In my country, there aren't a lot of social media marketing agencies so I am going to try my luck.
I don't have any advice to give you because I am also unexperienced ,but good luck man !
