ok so i have found a new linkbuilding strategy on this forum that actually makes sense and can be scaled. The guy who posted this strategy seems to swear by it. The strategy makes use of a loophole in the web linking system - the 301 redirect and the social media linking system - the url shortner. Local Niche Selection I have identified several local markets and the keyword difficult for the primary keywords in all these markets is below 25 according to keyword revealer. I think the challenge is going to be selling the leads rather than ranking the sites and generating leads. However, all the local niches have a high customer life time value, high profit margin and the average annual revenue in each of those niches is over $250,000 per year. I am hoping to charge $800-1000/mo from each client so that i only need about 30-40 clients to make $30,000/month or $1000/day. Website Design I will be using a customized version of the perfect local landing page template by Adam Steele to develop the local business websites in wordpress. The template will allow me to launch websites quickly with the knowledge that the conversion rate will be above average. Additional juice if needed a) PBN links b) 301 redirect expired domain names Renting the Website I will be calling/emailing each local business and referring them some free leads 2-3 times a week for a 2-3 weeks to build some trust. After a few leads have converted into customers, i will offer them a pay per lead price and then pitch the fixed price rental plan with unlimited leads as the alternative. Once i have a established a few clients in each vertical i will start a referral program. Any client that refers his friend from another city, will get 1 free month if his friend becomes my client. Getting the first 10 clients will be tough but after that i expect referrals to keep me busy. Goals 1) Get 10 paying clients by June 30th, 2016 2) Reach $30,000/month by Jan 1st, 2017.
