Back in December 2022, one of my friends asked me...what are my plans for 2023?

I had randomly written these 4 things that came to my mind

Not in my wildest dreams, had i thought i could achieve any of these goals...but now, they seem to be coming true.

I haven’t touched my push campaigns in the last 45 days, and it still made me $9500/month profit (how cool is that).

All these are the good parts of the story.

I also wanna talk about the hustle behind scaling to 6 figures a month (as a solo affiliate)

Running TikTok ads is quite tiring. I have to create scripts(every day), make videos(every day), manually launch campaigns(every day), and monitor/optimizer 100+ campaigns(every day).

Then there is the struggle of managing cash flow, getting more credit lines, getting payments approved, asking for leniency/favors from your managers, and being in non-stop meetings.

The last 1 month has been quite tiring for me. I have been thru perpetual anxiety, mood swings, sleepless nights, 24/7 FOMO, and loneliness.

There have been moments when I’ll get up at 3 am at night and remember...oh, I forgot to launch my Australia campaigns. And if I don’t launch these campaigns, I’ll be short of $2500 in revenue (for the day).

So, either I choose to sleep or choose to make $2500...And I choose to make those $2500 every time.

So, the fear of missing out and constantly running after money....did take a huge toll on my health.

It's sad to see my push campaigns die...as of today, I can still make $50k/month on push traffic, but I simply don't have time to manage them.

Also, when you make good money people automatically get attracted to you...even the friends who didn't talk with me for months...wud now ask me about my well-being.
And when you're doing good, people want something or other from you, whether it be your time, favor, help, advice, or partnership. I'll get these messages every day on my Skype.
And when you go through your own struggles(every day), sometimes you have to brutally ignore people for your own peace of mind.

2-3 years ago, it was me, cold messaging super-affiliates/managers asking for help/favors...back then they used to simply ignore my messages.
And today, I am the one who gets bombarded with messages by newbie managers, everyone...
Well...Life comes back in a full circle!

Also, making money has had no change in my happiness.
As a 25-year-old bachelor living in India, even if I try too hard, my expenses are never more than $1000/month.

The purpose of writing this thread is not to sound pessimistic. I wanted to show the other side of things.
Achieving anything great in life takes pain and effort.
And i don't mind going through this pain again.
I'll rather die working hard than die sleeping in bed.

Moving forward, i have begun to hire people and delegate manual tasks. Also, i am using software to automate many things.
Earlier, i didn't know for what job roles, shud i hire employees but now i have more clarity.
Now the workload has started to ease off.

Such a motivational thread. Do you mind telling us what product or service do you promote? Also, can you recommend any service or product to promote to earn 5, 6 figures monthly? Why I am asking is because I do Facebook and Push Ads for a long time but now I have hard times figuring out what to promote.

We are not meant to be happy but we are meant to survive.. and you are doing this very well... keep pushing everyday. Challenges will never end and this is what is good about being an entrepreneur. Living average life is boring and being busy all time is the key for a healthy life.

One last thing.. I feel like you are focusing more on revenue than profit and this is slowing you down. I don't care about revenue I care about my own commissions. Making only 50k profit after spending 144k is insane.

Congrats, I feel so happy for you bro, I enjoyed reading this, you did great achievements, I feel like you in the situation you were in, no one talks to you, I'm on my journey, and it's kind of going to be hard, but you motivated me a lot, Thanks for sharing this, I need it.

I have just a simple question if you have time bro to answer it, I've started an affiliate business, can you please like tell me how much an intermediate must take to start generating money? If not able to do it in this timeframe, he must like to address some issues or see what's wrong with his marketing strategies?

Now I'm working insane on this project, trying to provide so much value but still no traffic, I have ideas for free traffic from social media and online forums but focusing on creating more content.

'cuz I have a website for affiliate reviews and blogs, and I just started like 8 days on it, I had failed in some businesses before, I'm trying only to know if I should start running Facebook ads, do push campaigns, or focus on Free Traffic visitors!

Any advice would be so appreciated. Thanks in advance, and I'm following your journey, I hope you great success and more luck. :D
 
Literally, talking about the loneliness part brought tears into my eyes. I can relate too well. I am little older than you, in similar environment where my success is exponential to everyone around.

Well, first tip is to get married. Its what I have done, a family will help a lot to support the feel of achievement!

Like you had already found out and thanks for sharing it publicily, money can't buy you happiness.. however, it will save you from poverty which more thab good enough.

So, from someone who is 7 years a head of you, getting married is the right step.

Another note, like the other member mentioned, I remember when you set a line you would never go below 200 ROI! I can't imagine the insane load of work to manage the spend of $200k

My google ads spent 45K to get me my 300% ROI target (Auto Bidding) and I stopped the campaign! switched to manual and capped it to 10K/month but I achieve 8x to 9x ROI. So, 20% loss in profit but saved 80% of the effort and the spend.

Which moves me to the next point, again like you, I have limits on everything. So, cutting down the costs makes the financial management alot easier. And here is a little tip, paying a visit to Sharjah can save you a lot of the financial headache ;).

Finally, try to delegate your work as fast as you can, its my biggest mistake and my biggest regret. I hate management and can't imagine the effort nor how to teach my employee my complicated tasks, but I am finally at the point where I don't have a choice. Either learn to manage or let your projects die.

To members reading and asking, what offer? Teach us? How can you make such money! Do you have 200K to spend on ads?! Learn how to turn 1000 into 1500 first, and take it from there. Its not a method, its a journey, years of experience or how @splishsplash always calls it.. A SKILL

I highly appreciate threads like these, I don't care about the methods or products OP promotes, I only NEED to know his results.

Because if I know his results, I can push myself further to get there. When I started 3 years ago I was dead broke and threads like these were the most helpful ones, funny enough I was looking up to people making 10k/month.

Now that I make x3 of them, I look up to @Harnur with respect and admiration. He pushes me to go futher.

First of all, congrats on big numbers. That is generational changing wealth. Bravo. You're an inspiration.

I'm looking to get into aff as i absolutely hate agency client work (despite it bringing in like 20k a month) what is the zero to hero pathway you would recommend?

I.e:
- Test 10 new offers on 5 different networks, each offer test 50 different angles for ad, 10 different prelanders for each offer, $500 in budget on each prelander etc etc?

I've been reading a lot up on aff and it seems you got to spend money to make money, and have to test a crazy amount. Is there any bench marks you could provide for us here? Such as daily actions (like above) or something else?

I think being realistic on how hard it will be and how much work needs to go in terms of the inputs would be helpful. Obviously not sharing offers or anything but the raw inputs required. A lot of people on BHW i feel think aff marketing is posting 'how to make money online' videos on youtube or amazon affiliate, but you do affiliate marketing the way i see the real affiliate marketing done (paid ads)
