    Hi guys

I am a foreigner living in the UK. I have been self-employed for the last 15 years. Made with various ventures a lot of money but with the last one, I lost everything. I am back to square one and I have been looking for a new project to make money without a big investment. I have known Blackhatworld from a time when I had a web design company years back. I didn’t actually design websites myself as it was cheaper for me to outsource them.

However, due to my current financial situation, I will do as much as possible myself and save as much money as I can.

For the last one and half month, I have been studying online and especially Blackhatworld.com. I thought before I know a lot but I came across many ideas, strategies and technics here that I have had no clue about it.

By this occasion, ladies and gentlemen, I would like to express my deepest gratitude first of all to Damian, the site owner for creating this wonderful hub and knowledge transfer and sharing community. You have helped probably hundred thousands of people to create their own business or improve their existing one, become independent and successful. Furthermore, I would like to thank all the moderators for their work they put in, to keep the quality of this forum up. I can only imagine how busy this must keep you. In addition BIG BIG big thank you to all the smart contributors who are sharing selfless their ideas, strategies and success stories and helping others to become (more) successful. Don’t forget the average user like me, who are participating and trying to contribute. Some of us are not experienced but still help with their contribution and give the opportunities to other newbies to learn from our mistakes, which can be as valuable or even more than just to get a perfect strategy delivered by an expert. Last but not least, I would like to thank you to some of the kind service providers, who help us, especially me, with their products and services to make our life easier and take it to the next level.

My journal about my project here will include, but will not be limited to it:

My journey from zero to USD 5.000 a day

    1. Setting up a silo structured review website. It will not be a one niche specific website as I want to grow it long-term to a substantial business. The silo website structure technic will help to push for several niches in independent silos. Overall, the domain authority will increase and help new added silos and pages to be indexed faster and with good content to rank better. Another good thing is that you need just a very few high-quality backlinks and up to 90% less than a regular website structure
    2. Selecting initial niches with direct affiliate and CPA programmes until Amazon have reviewed website and approved account
    3. How to write fast unique high-quality English written content as a non-native English speaker and without outsourcing it, passing 100% Copyscape test.
    4. Setting up multiple Social Media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest in various niches with the help of a bot and dedicated private IP’s (got already a sponsor for one of the best social media bots in the market at the moment with same agreement as I propose to you)
    5. Driving traffic to the new website(s) through social media accounts
    6. Starting very conservative link building
    7. Monetising with diverting traffic to CPA and Amazon affiliate pages
    8. Adding more and more social media accounts, including adding content on a regular basis to create authority social media accounts
    9. I will start to post traffic including showing how much traffic is coming from which sources, ranking and earning screenshots on a regular basis once one it kicked off
    10. Starting to sell shootouts when some of the social media accounts have grown to certain number of followers

Please note, that I am not selling any products or services to anybody! I am doing this journal to give back what I have learnt from BHW and to help newbies like myself, encourage them to get out of the employment circle, especially if they do not like their jobs. In addition, I hope, to get feedbacks and advice from all of you that I can learn more, improve my strategies and technics to reach my target. Furthermore, I believe it will help me to stay focused and do what I planned to do.

I would be glad that as many people as possible would start a similar project that we can exchange ideas, experiences and mistakes, and motivate each other. I realised when reading through the various threads, a big threat is actually not to start at all! The more you read and study, the more you are convinced you have to learn more to take on the challenge. I think this is wrong, no matter what knowledge level you have, the

first part of success is to start and stop just dreaming about it!

Therefore, please join in and I will help you as much as I can to get started by sharing what I do. I am pretty sure that there are a lot of professionals here, they are willing to contribute with the valuable knowledge, too.

I am determined to make this a success and I am willing to put at least 12hours a day into this project. However, you can start at a slower pace and invest as much or few hours as you can.

I will add to this first page a FAQ section, that you can have a summary of the important parts.

You will end up making $10 with that per day, it will not work in the scale you imagine...

    DAY 1

    Setup:

    • Hosting: A friend of mine gives me access to his dedicated server. In return, I will help him with the marketing of some of his adult sites. However, there are many cheap and free options out there to get a free domain with free hosting for the first year. I will make use of that later and come back to it.
    • Social Media Bot - Signed up to the 5 days trial with Massplaner 2
    • Private Proxy Server: Got 20 UK private proxies with various subnets specifically for enabled for Instagram and other social media platforms
    • Ordered free UK mobile phone SIM cards
    • Registered Domain: I did not register an EMD. I rather would like to keep it open and not to limit my business potential down. I know some expert here say it is silly to target a wide field and that you cannot compete with the big players. However, I am planning a silo structure for the website. This allows me to have the keywords in the URL and have each single silo dedicated to a niche. It will be as I would have separate websites for each niche but with the advantage, that the DA will be shared with all and especially the new silos. This will help to rank better if the content is excellent. Furthermore, with the right silo structure and good content it is possible that you need up to 90% fewer backlinks than with a regular website.
    • Personalisation: I take Professor @meathead1234 advice in his current thread that I studied well and I add the personalisation to each silo with kind of expert in this field. I have been selecting various photos from royalty free stock photo galleries to create a person and the story. This will enable me to create the social media accounts around this virtual person and make her/him become a "real" person. This will compensate a part of choosing a corporate domain with a very wide target of completely different niches.
    • Have signed up to CPA programs:
      CPAgrip.com
      JVZoo.com
As my website is not online yet, I cannot apply to Amazon at the moment.
    Next steps this week:
    • Creating Wordpress Silo structured website
    • Writing general content for the homepage
    • Writing main Author Bio of the virtual person
    • Keyword and product research
    • Creating Social Media Accounts
    • Writing landing pages for CPA
    • Writing additional content to get a Domain Authority. Initially, I will focus on one niche to get quicker a higher DA
    • Finishing first part of the silo website
    • Let Social Media accounts grow by using social media bot
    • Preparing website with necessary disclaimers, privacy policy and terms & conditions
    • Applying for Amazon Associate program
    • Taking @Rodolfo Clemente advice and will add email signup form

    • Thanks Thanks x 4

Ok if your going to build a multi niche site that you expect to run for a long time you really need to make sure you follow googles rules to the tee. There are a lot of "review" sites out there. That their main source of income is through amazon and there sure as hell not going to like the fact your joining the band wagon too. You can setup sites like this as one offs or create a huge database of reviews i.e product launches. But you need to make sure you don't get de indexed as google is going to be your main source of traffic. Sure bing is raising in the ranks but google is probably 80-90% of searches your going to get to your site.

Im saying this from experience one of my sites got de indexed and it took 3 months to get it back online god knows why. It was getting around 1k hits a day after the hit it was getting around 200 so it shows how much you get from google search alone. They don't give you a specific reason as to why you were blocked I just got the mass spam one even though the site was hand written and I have never had a problem before. Personally it's probably down to people submitting my site through web master tools and someone just removing it.

Just take it easy and remember in the long run to aim your site at the user not at making money and you should be fine. Good look on 5k a day that's a big target right there for a review site.

@dami3n Thank you for your valuable advice. I know the competition is huge and getting every minute bigger with someone somewhere in the world creating a new site. I will work hard on it

I agree and the biggest players have grown into global corporations and they make actually millions. I am not that ambitious yet ;-)

However, I have a long-term plan to reach my target.

Hmmmmm, Also I am not saying that it's impossible but what I am saying is it's hard to get $5000 based on your strategy. Remember, don't put your eggs in one basket I suggest you try video marketing and guest posting. I've received my first conversion from guest posting and video marketing.

    UPDATE NIGHT 1

I have installed Wordpress with a simple responsive theme.

Furthermore, I have installed free SSL certificate with auto renewal from letsencrypt.org. This is an awesome free service. Initially, I had issues as I had to upgrade Python but it still found the old non-compatible version on the server. The hosting company helped out a lot and they managed to install the plugin into the cPanel Centos 6.7. Now I can just add the free SSL certificate by clicking on a button to any of the domains on the server.

I have so far installed following Wordpress plugins:

    - 404 to 301
    - Akismet
    - All in one WP Security
    - Head & Footer Code (for Amazon and other Affiliate Disclosure/Disclaimer) but as I have seen that the big players have the disclaimer just one one dedicated Disclosure page, I might do the same and ask the affiliate managers for approval
    - Kirki Toolkit
    - SEO Optimzed Images
    - Simple 301 Redirects
    - WP External Links
    - WP No Base Permalink
    - WP Smush
    - WP-Optimize
    - WPSilos2
    - Yoast SEO

I will add following plugins once I have found the best solution for my site:

    - Social Media
    - Newsletter sign-up
    - Cookie Disclosure
    - Review/Rating/Feedback

If any of you pros can recommend one or additional plugins needed, I would appreciate your suggestions.

    I have added following pages:

    - Homepage: around 1500 words
    - Affiliate Disclosure page
    - Contact us (still need to add contact form)

Regarding homepage content, I wrote around 1500 words only. It took me around 2 hours including finding a suitable photo and video and putting it online. The content is 100% unique according to Copyscape.

I use Grammarly to check the spelling and grammar. In case, I do copy an article to give me ideas, in that situation I rewrite it completely with adding my own input, changing words with the help of free synonym tools and as said checking it with Grammarly and Copyscape. Should there be duplicated content warning, I rewrite that paragraph. With this technic, even non-native English speakers should be able to produce a decent original content unless, you do not speak English at all but in that case, I assume, you wouldn't be on this forum.

Per page I add at least one suitable picture and one video.

As soon as I can, I will add more content to the homepage with unique summaries of my reviews (I will make sure that the content is not duplicated). I would like to extend the homepage to at least 5,000 words.

    Silo Structure:

On the Homepage, I have currently one text link menu with several non-ranking relevant pages such as Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Terms of use, Affiliate Disclosure. They are all linking to About Us page. From the About Us page, there will be links to each of these pages. This saves me four links going out from the homepage (level 1). The goal with silo structure to reduce as many links as possible to keep the link juice on the main pages. Once I add a silo landing page (level 2), I will interlink it with an anchor link from the homepage. The silo landing page (level 2 and niche category page) will interlink to the review page. The review page will link back to silo landing page. The review pages will be supported by additional blogs to push for the keywords and will be linked to review. Additional supporting pages will be added until that the review page with the main keyword is ranking in Google.

In addition, I am researching for a topic, which will be not an affiliate page but rather informative about a specific topic that I can create a Wikipedia backlink that hopefully, will stick. However, the topic of this page should make sense with the site and not random as in that case, the backlink will be sooner or later removed by a Wikipedia editor. I have created few days ago a silo structured website for another project and created two pages around a topic that had a dead link on Wikipedia. I replaced the dead link with the website I created and added even an additional backlink on the same article to the homepage of my site. The website was completely new, and after two hours it ranked with LSI on 1st position on Bing and Yahoo. It took longer for Google to bring the result to the first page. Today, 4 days later, the LSI is on 4th position on Google behind 3 Wikipedia pages. The site is ranking in front of some newspaper (ok, they are not really big ones) and some authoritative sites. Both backlinks are still alive.

Onsite optimization, I made sure that all the Yoast factors were showing green. It proves, that silo structure really helps the ranking and it does not need many backlinks and in that case even just two non-follow links did the trick. Moz bar shows still PA 1 and DA 1 for my site. Sites ranked below have up to DA 93 (newspaper site)!

    NEXT STEPS

    • Finishing all the general pages and adding more content to the pages, especially homepage and about us
    • Adding all the missing plugins
    • Creating first Silo Landing page (level 2) for the first niche that I would like to push
    • Creating the first review
    • Creating Social Media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter and Pinterest for the first specific niche. I will do the account. I am using for the account creation if possible MassPlanner 2. As far as I have seen, I can do it for Instagram with the extra module. If I am not able to do it, I will set up the private dedicated proxies with the same IP on my phone/browser that I will assign on MassPlanner to the accounts in order to reduce the digital footprint. It seems important to me that the IP comes geographically from the same country like your mobile SIM number that you use to verify it. In my case, I ordered only UK dedicated private proxies enabled for social media, especially Instagram. My mobile SIM numbers are from the UK as well. In any case, use only private dedicated proxies and not shared ones and suitable for Instagram and from as many different subnets as possible.
    • The social media accounts will help to drive traffic to my niche review pages.
    • In addition, I will do relevant forum posting according to the guidelines by professor @meathead1234 to get straight away some traffic
    • Creating and adding Infographic to homepage
Regarding social media bot, I have a powerful MAC Pro workstation with Windows 7 - 64bit and 24GB RAM from my previous business. I use it just for Windows-based applications and I will start to run Massplaner there and let it run 24/7. For my daily work including web design and SEO, I am using a Macbook Pro connected to a big screen. So, I will not interfere with the social media bot. However, I will consider installing MP2 on a free Amazon VPS unless someone has had a bad experience with the performance. However, I have read somewhere in a thread that you do not need that much RAM anyway. Maybe, someone from MassPlanner or a professional MP2 user can put more light on that subject.

Guest postings and forum postings are definitively on my list. Not sure about videos. It seems very time-consuming and I heard that the conversion rate is extremely low from youtube or do you have better results? If yes, could you elaborate on the whole video process?

By the way, I have forgotten something. DO NOT INSTALL SSL if you do not know how to do it properly. If you do the re-direction wrong, your index page can be temporarily de-indexed and you will loose ranking. Some experts here might give you a proper advice in this regard if your website is already ranking and not completely new like mine.
