My job seekers traffic + your monetization method

Hi, some time ago I bought these groups some time ago

and have so far failed to monetize them and I am looking for new, fresh ideas and possibly a JV with someone more experienced than me.

Best option would be to build a few landing pages for various employment offers from click bank ect then post the links to your landing pages with a short discripton in the group. Do one link every couple of days and make sure you delete any posts from others trying to do the same thing

How many visitors are you getting to your links/offers daily? On average...

Thanks, I've tried that, but the conversions were too low, barely worth the effort.

about a dozen clicks, one convertion a week



What I've tried so far:
-pushing affiliate offers related to the niche (employment)
-pushing my own services
-email outreach to 500 companies and individuals which I deemed to be my target customers (employment agencies, CV writing services, career coaches) in the areas the groups belong to try to sell advertising space in the groups.
-facebook outreach to those companies who are already actively posting jobs in our groups.
-linkedin outreach, using the free trials with different credit cards to the top career coaches and resume writers/ companies and individuals.
-finding freelancers on freelancer dot come to help me reach out more businesses and sell them advertising space.
but nothing of that has worked so far.

what I have:
VPS
proxies
landing pages, domains
affiliate links from a dozen networks, maxbounty, imonetize, peerfly, etc
time, positive attitude, perseverance.
