Hi. I run a business where I employ a couple of people from Bangladesh to reach out to businesses via email, but lately the email responses have dropped off almost completely, or they are bouncing back. I'm assuming that their IP addresses have been blocked or flagged.

Can anyone tell me how to get around this? I don't want to sound desperate here, but I really need some help with this. My business has nearly ceased.

    Thank you for your advise.

Check out Getresponse or Aweber... That will solve all your problems.

You could also find out which services are blocking your IP and request them to be unblocked. Sometimes they do it for free and other times you pay $xxx for it.
    Good luck!

I was in a same situation before. What i did was got a windows vps then convert it as my own smtp host that i use to send out mails. It is easy you could do it in an hour or 2. When the IP is blocked i just ask the vps provider to fix it. Visit mxtoolbox to check which ISPs blocked your IP then contact them to unblock it.HTH

I really appreciate the advice, though I have no idea what you're talking about...I'm not much of a tech guy

A VPS is a virtually operating computer that is provided to you by a hosting company. So you connect with your computer to the VPS and use the VPS to do your work. So you are using the VPS IP adress which is not flagged. If it get flagged, you can get a new VPS/ IP adress.

But this stuff costs you a few bucks, mostly starting at $15 (depends on hoster and the VPS hardware, location etc.).

So would I have my Bangladesh employees find a VPS to use? I can afford $15/mo if this solution works. Aweber and Getresponse do NOT allow cold emailing of businesses. Thank you for your advice.

I can recommend using a VPS. It cost something but you have something.
