my instagram account got hacked

Hi guys ,
I need your help.
my account got hacked and I don't have any access to the mail.
when I'm trying to login in I get this message (what does it mean?) :

And it's not true cause I'm searchin for my account username on instagram search bar, it still exist.

there's any way the hacker forwarding messages from the email to his email, so when I'm trying to reset I don't see the email sent from instagram?
do you have any solutions what to do ? and how to get access to my account again even if I don't have access to the mail

Do you get the same message when you log in on another device?
Usually when I get such a message, it means my account gets disabled by Instagram. But you said your account still exists. So that's strange.
 
Immediately contact customer support and they ask to submit your photo to verify once they verify they will recover account for you. My account got hacked few months back. I did this method

when I'm trying to login through another browser it's show normal message:

only from my phone that I tried many times to log in and from my google chrome. through brave browser it's showing the message above. there's any way to go back in history and see what last password succeed to work? and do you think mabye the hacker cracked my gmail and forwarding messages to another email? cause when I'm checking gmail settings there's no forwarding to any mail

thank you bro so much, I already did that, you got your account back fast? how much time it takes?

and I have another account connected to my business but there's no photo of me there, there's a way to get it back also same method?

They recovered my account within 40 mins bro. At leat single photo you didn’t upload?
 
If you've logged into Instagram from other devices or locations that you trust, try logging in from those devices.

But the password doesn't work and I don't have a access to the email.
I send them already the video they ask for verification. There's more to do?

Im not in my home country right now , I'm traveling. Connecting by vpn it's safe? And I found some sellers on fiverr offer services . Looks really scammy cause they all created lately and no reviews . And they want money before see success

Try login from any other device or just reach out the customer support for further help.

Did this on one account next day they banned lol:rolleyes:
 
I can help to get it back active in 12 hrs, let me know if you are the first owner of the account and give me your TLG Username

Because they now only allow one person one account if it is not a business account, means if u plan to put as normal profile and put yourself content on it and already have another account they will ban the new one. If non business account private or public one person one account.
