Hello everyone. I'm starting this journey as a way to keep a record of what I'm doing and hold myself accountable. I'm quite new to the IM business, however, I've spent the last year and a half reading about copywrite, land pages, digital marketing, etc. My computer skills are quite extensive as I've coded before, did some pages in the past (back when the IM marketing was easier... :/) but due to lack of consistency I never generated anything. So far this is what I've done: Created a blog on my niche (blog posts, around 9), added the social sharing buttons, the e-mail opt-in popup and ads to a t-shirt site where I get 35% of the product sale. Created a squeeze page on the index of my blog, created thank-you page (with the T-Shirts, and a "Like us on facebook" thingie). Created the Instagram page (so far, 300 followers) Created the tumblr blog (so far, 67 followers) Created the pinterest account (0 followers, I'm not really good with pinterest). Created the Facebook page (so far, 90 likes, with 1-2 pictures scheduled everyday) Created autoresponder (so far, 1 month filled with mails, spaced over 2-4 days each e-mail) Joined niche-related groups with a fake aged account where I'm posting the articles and commenting the pics/posts others make. (Around 20) Created the product I'll be selling. The first days I tried to get subscribers using facebook ads (I'm not so bad at them and can get low cost per engagement (around $0.08 per engagement)) so far, I've got 10 subscribers on my mailing list at $2 per subscriber. I think the squeeze page is not so good with my niche. That's when I started to join the groups and post the articles which brought me 6 other subscribers so far. Instagram hasn't worked on attracting people to the website but I'm positive that after I hit 1,000-2,000 followers, things will start to get better. I'm thinking on doing facebook ads again but focusing on the articles as they seem to resonate more with my audience, as well as adding more blog posts to have more content to choose from. Things on my TODO list: Create niche store with amazon affiliate products. Create reviews of the products and add them to my blog.
