Firstly I would like to say that I've tried working in way too many places and I am still 21 years old. I've tried machine operator in a factory, cashier at Mcdonalds, clerk, Underwriting officer in insurance, graphic designer and a couple more lol. I've also studied and graduated from different things, from IT, Insurance, Finance, Nutrition and Personal Training.

One thing is certain, I always kept dreaming about making a living online, since 2007 at least. I remember I used to play Runescape for 6 hours a day after school and 12hours+ in weekends. I filmed most of the gameplay, edited them using a software (self taught), and uploading them to youtube. I was doing pretty nice, but when i went to monetize, youtube gave me the worst news possible, that it was not yet possible in my country and so I stopped uploading. - Basically Missing the second Online Bus (after the Dot Com Boom - but i was still very young to take advantage of that)

Then came facebook and back in 2010 I tried doing a new facebook page, which was mainly a funny/satire page as i saw the potential. However I got teased by friends when I told them I wanna make money online, and led to me giving up. I still remember pages with famous people like Lazar Angelov, Jeff Seid, Paige Hathaway, Jen Selter etc were still 5k or so likes, with the most famous celebs like Cristiano Ronaldo, Beckham etc didn't have more than 20M tops. - Basically I gave up again and missed the third bus

Vine came out in 2012, and as usual I gave up before even starting. - Fourth Bus Missed

Since 2011 I have been into bodybuilding and basically it increased my will power, my determination, my 'IDGAF' Mentality to what people think when I tell them my goals. It raised the bar so high that nowadays, whatever I do in life, I use bodybuilding as my motivator and helping me believe in myself even more.
My final chance to succeed lies in this next year and I am willing to do whatever it takes!

I already missed part of the bus as Instagram is already famous, with 400M users, However I believe that it's Boom is about to happen within the next 12-24months, most probably gaining anywhere from 300-500m in 2 years (IF it happens - you heard it here first :p )

One thing has stayed with me throughout these years of my existance - I wanna be rich, I want it now, I want it without needing to work 18hours/day, I love Gaming and I love fitness.

    What my idea is:

I am aiming to have 3 IG accounts with 100K Followers each by next October / November.
All 3 Ig accounts will also be linked to 3 facebook pages, were i am going to utilize Facebook promote to gain legit likes on each them, hoping to 50k+ in each fb page.

    Current Stats for Instagram:

1320 Followers 4770 Following (Fitness / Motivation Niche) 6/7 days old
818 Followers 3192 Following (Fitness / Motivation Niche) 6/7 days old
466 Followers 1615 Following (Gamer Niche) 3/4 days old

    Current Stats for Facebook Pages:

29.4k Likes which will be connected to the fitness / motivation niche (inactive)
3.1k Likes which will be connected to the second fitness / motivation niche (inactive)
2.6k Likes which will be connected to the gamer niche (inactive)

At 50k+ Facebook Page Likes in each page, and 100k followers in each IG account, I will promote a YouTube channel on all of them and hope to get 20k + subscribers without uploading any videos yet.

Once all the aims are reached, I am hoping I can start monetizing.

How am i going to monetize:
As i live in a small country, I would be one of the most followed people on social media (more than celebs and prime minister lol)
Therefore I would send emails to various companies - technology related, gaming related, fitness related, fashion for men etc and tell them about how i have over 450k following total and that if they want to buy a shoutout/advert or whatever I am available at a certain price.
Apart from that, I would start uploading gaming and fitness videos to youtube, hoping to start gaining some steady gradual income from there aswell.
I might try some CPC's if i find something, or affiliate selling, or write an ebook and sell it on amazon for 4? each, just like Charlotte from Geordie Shore did and she became rich AF as it was a cheap book and got sold thousands of times.

I would love to hear your thoughts on my idea / plan,
Sorry for the length of the post :p
    Regards

My suggestion is dream big but set goals that you can accomplish within a reasonable amount of time. Four years ago I was begging for five bucks a day on fiverr. Now, I'm definitely in a much more comfortable place. It also helps to get a job to support your venture. You're gonna be in the red for awhile if you're just starting out.

    Good luck man.

You could also try streaming your games on twitch if you are into that and then upload your best "moments" from that to youtube. Instead of just recording and uploading straight to youtube.

    hmm .. ok

Yeah, you're right i am going to start working again after finishing school next june (again lol), so I can atleast have some money saved incase all goes bad
as for the reasonable time, I think a 1 year target isn't that impossible, as I've seen yt channels grow with over 300k in 1 year from less than 30k..

not gonna lie, i thought about that aswell, but i decided it is not the way for me, as you do not have a stable recurring income (its all about donations, rather than views), secondly it's quite hard to compete online for views, when famous streamers are already online. But thanks for the contribution man, appreciate it :)
    Cheers buddy !

As you said, it's not for everyone. You would need to be able to engage your viewers and make sure they stay. If you are able to do that, you will earn a pretty steady and high income through subscribers, ads and donations.

Don't let the bigger streamers scare you.

Seems good plan to me I am not sure what mr Dhia found funny about it and once you have around 100k followers you can use many other methods to monetize you could create an affiliate website and sell proteins and gym stuff using the IG and FB

Damn you and I are very similar, I've also missed a lot of busses, stopped IM and lost motivation multiple times.

I've been going gym for 5 years now and a goal of mine is to compete and become a pro ifbb pro, yet this isn't enough and I would still need another job just to sustain myself.

When I was younger I wanted to become #1 highest rated paladin on World of Warcraft, I managed to do this when I was 16 years old and because of that I was also able to make 1500euro within 2 weeks. Me being younger, I didn't realise how easy I made money and stopped doing this... because I got bored of it.

After that I started playing LoL, trying to become a pro gamer - yet also gave up on that boat. Now a really good friend of mine actually made it as a pro gamer and is making $$$$/month and I know for a fact I could've done that also.

Right now I'm also trying to make in on Instagram - 7300 Followers right now and also a fitness niche :D

Don't give up trying to make it online and neither will I!

    Hello,

By curiosity, how did you monetize your paladin? Obviously, you didn't use farm bots, so what? You were paid to do things? Or you sold loots?

I was 3k rating on Stormscale, it comes with a lot of fanboys. Everyone back then wanted a "serious team" to get gladiator but they needed 2200 rating first to get their T2 weapon. Me being rank 1, a lot of people trusted me with their accounts and I just logged on and boosted them to the rating they wanted (2200 90% of the time). I just boosted 3 people at the same time and did it together with some friends. They paid me 60euro for 2200 rating and I gave 50euro to the 2 people that helped me, giving me 80euro for something that took like 2 hours. :D

So basically I was just logging on people their accounts, boosting them to the rating they wanted and off to the next account.

    Update 2
    Current Stats for Instagram:

    1) 2233 Followers 4752 Following (Fitness / Motivation Niche) - Unfollowed 2.8k and lost 15 followers only.
    2) 1903 Followers 5973 Following (Fitness / Motivation Niche) - Unfollowed 1.3k and gained 11 followers.
    3) 336 Followers 1113 Following (Model / Gamer Niche) - Unfollowed 900 and gained 30 followers.

    Still a long road.
One thing I learned is to not go for 7.5k Following and unfollow everyone cause its boring as hell.
I am instead gonna lower all followings to 0 on all accounts and start following 500-750 in 1 day and unfollow all the next day and Repeat.
