My Hosting account has been suspended, what can i do.

Hello, I've been a member on this renowned forum for a very long time daily reading articles, method downloading and reading ebook shares, joking with the troll and whatnot, but recently i decided to take action on all the knowledge i have acquired in my internet marketing quest for financial freedom, and so here is what i did:

1. I registered a domain name(tech9ja dot xyz) free
2. I also setup hosting and installed wordpress from the same company (again free)
3. I wrote about 52 unique articles(with 17 being well over 1000 words and the rest over 550 words)
4. I did some basic on page seo
5.And then i applied for Google adsense.
6. After their review, i was informed that my application was rejected due to insufficient content.

At this point i was discouraged but not giving up yet because i knew i could and should have done better if i wanted to be among the 1% of internet marketers who make it online, i'm in rush mode now because:
I have like two weeks before college resumes (just been admitted) and since i can go with my laptop that means i can pretty much do nothing tangible for the 6 months that i will be at school,
and then on 21st of this month i recieved an email from my web host informing me that my hosting account has been suspended, reason being that i exceeded my allowed cpu usage and was making the server slow, i contacted customer and after 5 days (because of the holiday)i got a positive reply from, they had re activated my account, happily i logged into my account and starting backing up my website, so i'll atleast have a backup of my database if it comes to the worse, while waiting for backup to complete, i decided to go for a walk came back 2 hours letter only the find out that my website was down, i checked my email account and there it was like the dreaded ghost, an email notifying me that my account has been suspended again, immediately i swung into action and contacted customer, it's been 2 days 13 hours now and i still haven't heard anything from them yet.

I never liked the idea of free stuffs i had to go for a free host because the only money i had made online from surveys is currently being held in my limited Paypal account(it's been limited for about 372 days now (in regards to some IM necessities, cos i'll definitely take a free booze if and when offered) I've always heard the saying "Nothing Good Comes Easy" and i just learned that the hard way.

Guys/Gals now i'm confused and lost don't know what to do, and so here i'm seeking for your much needed advice.

That's the trouble with free hosts, hosting is so cheap nowadays it's better to buy some hosting. Lesson learned, we have all done it when starting out. If you had wordpress and used duplicator you can just move everything over to another host. I use justhost as they are pretty good.

Okay i'm guessing Duplicator is a plugin, i regret not installing it on my wordpress site.

If you have cpanel. always make backups. You can always restore your website on another hosting and this is what I recommend. If your website is getting suspended again and again, it is time to switch to a new hosting. If you are planning to make money online, you should invest at least $10/year for a cheap shared hosting account and be safe.

Nowadays, many hosting service are available in online. Buy cheap and best shared hosting service.

Free hosting is nothing but just a bait to make you buy a paid plan. They will give you the most limited resource as free service. And if you are only using paypal for online transaction, you better buy a verified paypal account with no restrictions. Or you are going to face trouble in every corner.

Try to move from free hosts to some good host.
You can try $1/month in start.
Do right some more articles, add social media stuffs & make it genuine.
In the end, apply for adsense.
It will get approve for sure.


PS: In few region, you need to wait for 3 or 6 months before submitting a adsense request.

Paid hosting give more control over your content because you are paid customer.Keep backing up your stuff regularly.

Free hosting has a lot of troubles and it does not work efficiently.
You must have to buy some good hosting for site then you will get good results.

There are host that cost around 10$ per year and they almost all beat free hosting. Don't be penny wise but pound foolish

Unfortunately for me, this time they have refused to restore my hosting account and are saying that if i upgrade my account, it would be restored, can you imagine?

I can't believe i fell for this.

I hear you, trust me i have stayed long enough in IM to know that "To Make Money You Need To Invest Money" unfortunately for me i can't buy a hosting account with my stealth paypal account, because if and when they eventually ask for identification documents for their verification process i won't be able to provide and would eventually lose my hosting account.

you should try hostwinds mate. you can get free domain from dot.tk , dot.ml or some other free domain websites. use this coupon : almostfree <= with this coupon, you will get 99% off for the first month. so you will get $4.50 or $6.50 - 99% = 0.6cents or something like that. so its cheap. also you can earn some money after the first month so yeah. its a good start

if you dont have paypal or something like that. i can pay for your 'first month host' then you got the rest. just pm

Thanks for the offer mate, i wish i could change offer to the host provider you recommended but i can't because my present host provider are holding me to ransom, it's like "UPGRADE OR FORGET YOUR WEBSITE"

Think about your options pal! Only your web host can decide your fate with their company. For example, if you were using too many resources, your web host may ask you to pay the excess fees and require you to upgrade to a larger shared hosting plan or VPS, or worst case scenario, you'll be terminated for good. If you're terminated for good you should be able to go into your FTP and download all your content. Provided you didn't do anything illegal to get your website suspended.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed and tried to help with advices, just wanted to say that my hosting account has finally been restored, and I immediately installed Backupbuddy and made a full backup of my website and sent a copy to my email, I have also installed the Duplicator plugin and will start the process of backup as soon as I get home.

As others have suggested, definitely invest in some hosting.

You can find some very cheap sources, and some on this forum I'm sure.
