So I took up the "CPA Gamer Guide" here from the forum and I made a site about Diablo 3 beta. I made it almost like sypherblade showed it but with some small modifications. I made a video with the cover crafted by me.. pretty neet actually, and I uploaded the "beta" files to fileserve to make some extra cents. The results arent so great. They are minute. Under $15 from conversions and under $4 from downloads...

To get to the point.. The following was expected but won I'm askin You for advice. What to do ?
This is the mail from my hosting company:

    "Hi,

Yesterday we received a complaint from Blizzard Entertainment, that on the administered by you account is hosted unregulated content. Our advice is to reorganize the content of the account so that it does not infringe anyone's copyright.

Blizzard Entertainment is a very serious company, and although it is not from our country it is highly discouraged to enter into conflict with them for violation of their rights.

We hope that the content will be removed as soon as possible."

Then I asked them what content and to be specific so I can do something about it. I got answered with the original mail with the headers included:

    "Hello,
It has come to our attention that the site hosted at :

    site:IP

has been created for the purpose of defrauding, or for the hosting of malicious software directed towards, customers of Blizzard Entertainment. As such, we would like to request the removal of this site from your hosting network. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated."

When I created the site i thought about making a page that has some legal stuff posted on like whe do not host anything(which it doesn't)..blabla bla, like the ones you see on tv shows sites but I didn't find a similar at first and later I forgot.

So what's your assessment on the situation? I'm thinking that I'd like to keep the site for now it's anyway not gonna last long I think.. But as experienced in such matters could you advise me on what to do.

    Thanks.

    Where in Europe???

Obviously your host seems to be taking this seriously, so I'm sure they will have no problem giving your info up.

I reccomend you to take the site down. Blizzard take this things very seroustly and they could possibly sue you for somthing like this. I'm familiar with the CPA Gamer Method so i know what i'm talking about.

Remove the contents. I think you can afford to lose $3/day, right?
