My homepage only disappered from search results not inner pages

HI all, as you can see i am quite new to SEO, the problem is my homepage is completely disapeared from results from all of my keywords, and got replaced by an inner page. before 20 Apr, both were doing fine. i am using SENUKE only for both pages. Does any one know what have happened? Is it any algorthmic change that applied to my homepage only!!!, any advice will be appretiated

I realized it may be over optimization, my main keyword is the biggest percentage (20%), but now i don't know how to fix, should i try to rank my homepage again? i fear if i do so, i may lose my inner page ranking (replaced it almost). How can i fix this for my homepage only without loosing the whole domain with a site wide penalty?, the problem for me is that i my home page is converting more visitors than any other inner page.

you changes metatags on something else in on page ? if it wait for some days it will be back

That's what it sounds like to me too.

Honestly you shouldn't use any kind of automated software directly to your money site, it's too big a footprint.

In fact, I don't use any automated software full stop.

Just asking for trouble.
