My Google Adsense is closed. Can i do anything to back account?

I had a new UK account closed up this week too
the best way to go is to get an aged Adsense account if you have the money and start fresh
you may need to purchase an account if you need it quick
note: I use to see a seller of AdSense on this forum ..tat is 2 weeks

just change the password of your email address and try to login another pc

Do you know why your AdSense account was closed?
Was it due to fraudulent activities, invalid traffic or was it due to violations of terms or inactivity?
If it was the first reason, I would suggest make a new account or buy an aged account. (You are able to find sellers on the BHW marketplace).
There not much you can do if your account has been closed for fraudulent activities while if it was the other 3 reasons, you can appeal for it here https://support.google.com/adsense/contact/appeal_form_adsense_admob

As a first step I would suggest to find the reason why your account was banned.
Account bans happen due to system flags or manual review.
If it happened due to system flagging your account - try to appeal it if you are confident that you didnt violate any of their T.o.C.
