You don't have to wake up before 5 am... that's just bullshit.
Everyone's body is designed differently and our biological clocks also differ from person to person. Just decide how many hours you would like to work daily and stick to that, sleep and wake up naturally.

Nah It's just my personal goal to wakeup in morning early. Because I get too much time and I am super productive. Its just self-goal.
Yeah I want to be at least do 9 hours work daily But I am setting it to 12 hours because as you know we often get distracted and eat nap and if someone meets & our whole time gets wasted and I am not counting the phone yet.

That is okay, I'm just saying, those so called gurus that talk about 5 am are straight up lying. I personally do almost all my work during the night and no problems whatsoever. You just have to stick to your plan "I will do that and that today". But go for it, if you think it's the best for you. Good luck.

This you need to start inculcating habits and then you will get used to it....you don't need motivation at all trust me

Dont mean to discourage you I think but you are trying to do too much at once. In my opinion, you should try to inculcate one habit till its naturally ingrained in your system for example waking up early and sleeping on time.
I would recommend going through this playlist from Improvement Pill which massively helped me:

Keep up the good work brother. I would also recommend you to spend at least 20 Minutes a day reading.

    Congratulations!

I think the hardest step generally is identifying these bad habits and then acting to change them, so I congratulate you on that.
I am in the process of the same thing. My biggest thing is procrastination.

From the research I've done about a healthier lifestyle, sleep is the most important, exercise and a good diet. On top of this, don't forget to get outside and relax in the sun, walk in the park and be around nature. This is the most important journey you will ever take as it builds the foundation for you physically and mentally. With the foundation set, it becomes easier to get into a good routine and it influences you to do more work and become more productive. It will be very difficult to get into routine of going to sleep at a good time, getting up early, going to the gym. But once you start being persistent with it, it will be second nature to you.

Good luck, I will definitely be checking up and interested to see how you go.

If you want to master in habits or get rid off bad habits then I highly recommend the book named "Mini Habits" by Stephen Guise, I bet you gonna take action before finishing that book.... Also recommended Slight Edge by Jeff Olson, Atomic Habits by James Clear and Compound Effect by Darren Hardy

I am trying my best to stick to this plan & consistency is the key

Actually I faced lots of problems of health due to my years of abuse waking up all night. & it's my long term wish to start working from the very morning

Yeah, I am fed of my bad habits. I created this thread to support this amazing community. So that I cannot be left alone while pursuing my goals.

Thanks for youtube recommedation I start listening to to it right now. & If from all tasks I completed only one of it then that will be a great success for me. Something is better than nothing.

I will surely add this as my 10th habit. Will read napoleon hill think and grow rich book.

    Thanks

Thanks, Adam, Mine is also procrastination. & I am trying to overcome it. I am just pushing it & you guyz BHW constantly reminding me by posting that no matter what. I have to complete my 10 goals.

I will download this book right away. & after I complete my think and grow rich book I will start reading this. Thanks, mate.

I am trying my best. Just put my phone in DD for more next 1 hour. So there will be no distraction till the next 1 hour.

I actually thought about it but I want to focus on this main 10 goals after that I will start putting other things. I am trying to follow all my goals. But I will be very happy if I completed 1 out of 10 at the end.

Digital Detox Is always helpful for me. But I only did 2 hours for the day. So wasted too much time.

It's better to not mix it up with warm water. The hardest part is overcoming the 1st minute of shock. Your body will get used to it after some time.
