    I feel really bad now.

2 days ago while I tried to login to my gmail suddenly it showed login failed. I tried for a few times with same result and it prompted me for password reminder to send to my secondary mail. I then found out the secondary mail been changed. Thus, my gmail been hacked and compromised.

The account is my primary a/c with all the crucial information and passwords in there. I now not able to access my mail, Adsense, Adwords and anything.

I have filled up and submit a form to Google by providing details about your Google Account usage even I not really remember when was the exact date I registered for this gmail.

Now been 2 days passed, and I just submit again the same Google form by providing even more information as I can call back and yet to receive any reply.

Is there anyway to get my gmail back? Is my gmail going to get disabled by Google? How about my adsense a/c? Is the adsense gone too?

I have changed my paypal, clickbank and other hosting logins and hope these password will not send to the hacked gmail again.

Some helpful advices are needed. Thanks.

google is slow as hell in these type of cases

they monitor the IPs what access gmail, so it is showing them the hacker's IP
if you tell them your personal infos, your password, your security question and answer, your secondary email address, i guess there will be no problem getting your gmail/google account back

don't forget to change the emails too what you registered with paypal, CB etc., if you haven't already done it yet, because the hacker/thief can ask for password reminder which is going to the address what is in your profile

and you should run a full scan with malwarebytes and hitman pro on your system, there can be a keylogger in your system, it's more common nowadays than bruteforcing

did you use the same password with all of your accounts by chance and/or the same username?

when did this happen? what did you download lately from the download section, if you download any?

contact fiverr and get the mofo suspended, they're quick

    Just started using fiverr myself...

My yahoo mail has been hacked twice last month, I'm putting it down to the dislike button on facebook, the same time I installed I seen it on the news saying it was an un-official app not made by facebook to find peoples passwords.

I have unique passwords, for email acc's, then another for forums, then another for social networks, then another for each online banking.

Hope ye get your money back man... bad time of year for stuff like that!

I agree with Honeybird, Google in all cases is so slow, Adwords, emails, etc. But just try emailing them again and type in as subject "URGENT ACCOUNT HACKED". And in message just write , "please if possible freeze the account, and I can answer all questions you want" :)

Never experienced such thing before, that is why I use a unique password for each site I register at, except forums (but the big ones I have a very unique pass :p)

dunno if it applies here, but it's amazing to see how many people store their passwords in their email accounts or on a "private" web page. or use the same password over and over and over...

write your p.words on a piece of paper and keep it in a safe place.

Well, yeah your only chance is keep calling Big G your best bet would be to get them on PHONE since you have said you use ADWORDS then you can provide them with financial proof from your bank that you are the real owner.

Plus yeah storing your personal stuff on email is not very wise even if you want to try to encrypt the data if you don't want or know how to encrypt simply create your own Encryption system based on some Cipher, i mean just create your own language.
