Are you sure it's completely gone? Fiverr rotates their search results to give different gigs a chance, so your gig ranking may come back later during the rotation. But if you search your fiverr username and your gig still isn't there, then it's probably gone.

Hopefully it's just the rotation or issues with fiverr's maintenance. A lot of us sellers have experienced a slow down in sales the past few days, as you can see from this thread: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/making-money/442843-how-u-guys-doing-week-fiverr.html

My gig ranking and sales volume have been volatile for the last few days. A few hours ago, one of my gigs ranked no.1 for its search term, but now it's dropped to second page. Let's hope your gig comes back higher after the maintenance (or rotation) is over.

Sorry to hear that. I have to admit, Fiverr is a fun thing and you can make money and get some stuff done cheaply. But their support is HORRID. In fact, I suspect part of their business plan is to NOT provide ANY service to minimize cost. They just let it run on automatic pilot and reap the cash.

Hmm that is strange. For my keyword, there are sellers on the first page (auto-ranking) that have less than 100% feedback (but usually at least 90%).

Fiverr support is known to suck. Unfortunately I don't really know what to advise you if it's not the rotation/maintenance causing the issue. If you don't have a video uploaded, then do that, and have the keywords in your gig title+description+tags. I put the word "edu" twice in my gig title, and it helped. But if it's not to do with any of this, and your overall account rating is still high (>95%) then I guess I'd just suspend the current gig and create a new, identical one. Or create a new account if your rating is less. I know that sucks, but that's what I did when I got a negative rating in one of my old accounts (although I only had a handful of +feedback, so it didn't hurt that much). If that guy unfairly left you a -feedback, may be buy one of his gigs and do the same on your way out.

I don't think your listings 'gone forever' off the search, I've seen some listings ranked with bad feedback, and to remove them with one negative would be unfair and just doesn't make sense.

I doubt that the rating is affecting the auto-search too much. You could try this though, and I've been playing with for a few weeks. I've managed to stay no #1 or #2 even with rotation on auto result.

You can actually optimize your gig title and description to target a keyword (only tried with 150 max search results).

Try and add the keyword you're targeting in your title and the first sentence of your description. For example, if your keyword is youtube views, your title would be "I will get you 1m youtube views in 30 minutes guaranteed" and the first sentence in your description you could say "Best youtube views gig on fiverr..."
