I listed my site couple of day ago through auction bid and today the auction ended and won by a bidder for $501,although I put the reserve price $1000 but once I got a bid for $500 flippa suggested to reserve price for $501.
I did the same hence its won by another bidder.
I don't have an idea that if I approve the bid he will won the listing so now I don't wanna see lt for such low price,so what are the consequences I face if I don't sell it to the bidder.

At worse you will be banned from Flippa.

Ban by Flippa and probably won't be able to relist the site.

If you don't sell, then the next time you try to sell, you'll have to start from 0 again.
Even 1 decent feedback is enough to command a higher price next time around if your planning on selling there again.

Nobody forced you to drop the reserve, it was your choice.

I'd be pissed if you pulled the stunt of not honouring the deal, if I was the buyer.

Ohh if this is the case, may I contact support and explain them.

Flippa is very good for me in the last 3 years I sold two of my sites there but I always done through classified listing so I didn't know exactly this will happen if I decrease the reserve price.

I don't think I can sell it later with the same I'd they might block me.

I try to negotiate withe buyer and explain this, if he is not interested or report me let him do.
I never done auction listing, earlier I sold 2 sites successfully but always I went though classified listing.
And the thing here is flippa suggested to decrease the reserve to that lower amount that's is the reason I lowered.

Always remember Flippa will advice you to go for a lower reserve price just so that they can get the deal done.

My last website that I sold through Flippa was sold for $1200 and Flippa suggested that I should sell it for $800 but I listed it for $1200 and got the sale.

A negative review could lead you to sell other websites at a lower price or even buyers will just pass your listing if they see a review that you didn't want to sell.

Not going to happen. They will ban you 100 %

This is self-explanatory. If your listing gets sold and you back out then you have no place on their marketplace.. or any marketplace for that matter as this is how auctions work everywhere.

I have bid on my own listings on Flippa to avoid that, next time think your plan through.

Well I frankly don't know that, I never done auction listing.
At first I put the reserve price $1000 but after I got bid of $500, flippa suggested to lower the reserve price hence I did.

Yeah, I learned now.

Sell it for $500, accept the loss and learn from this experience. You can earn 10 times more with another website.
Actually its 1 y/o and now it's getting traction, few review type keywords are in 2nd n 3rd page, it has total 30 articles on it. It will be a huge loss (time n money) if I sell the site for such low.
Rather I will keep the site n grow or will try to sell it for above $1500.

Basically, you will have a dispute and because you will likely lose it will say on your profile "1 dispute lost"

This literally happened to me late last year. I listed a site for no reserve. It got up to around $12k and the auction ended. I screwed up when listing it, not understanding the system and the rules (I'm a noob at site flipping). My partner and I agreed to not accept less than $20k for the site (site did about $500k in revenue May-Sept 2020, but was on a downward trajectory, was dropship ecom).

Anyway, I wrote to Flippa support and they cancelled the auction. They did not ban me and the buyer was unhappy of course, but I already told him in our convo there is no way we're selling for less than $20k. The buyer said, "I contact support and they said you HAVE to sell me the website." I was like eff that... sue me.

Flippa did give me a stern warning that I would be banned if I did this again in the future. You can probably get out of the sale with your Flippa acct intact. However, if Flippa is a good income source for you, maybe just take the L this one time and do not repeat the mistake again.

just transfer the site and take the money and start your next project. Make sure you understand the in an outs of what you are doing before acting.

You could have looked at this way. If the auction ended and the highest bidder was only 500 bucks that kind of tells you that the buyers are only valuing the site as 500 not the 1k you wanted.

Do you really just do whatever people say to do?

There is some thought needed to sell a site. If you in lower the reserve and it sells then you should sell it for that price. What did you think would happen?

Then you try to get more money out of the buyer after the fact? You seem pretty young or not all with it man.

Or is this a parody/troll post?

They will ban you from flippa and other accounts opened from same IP may face the same consequences
