So I have a Fiverr clone. Making a few sales here and there.

I have to approve every seller before they're allowed to sell on my site.

A guy contacts me yesterday, and says the following:

"Is there anyway that I could sell Non-exclusive Licensing Rights to a Published Pending U.S. Patent Application on Dig-eSale? If so, can I be approved to sell the application for more than five dollars? Thank you for your time."

So I'm not from the States, although my hosting/domain is hosted on Hostgator, which is a US company if I'm not mistaken.

What I want to know is, should I allow this person to sell whatever that is? Can anyone offer any insight into the legality of whatever the above means exactly?

    Thanks

if your making tons of money you should be worried but if a couple of bucks i think its okay but request to have review of the application first

No. I wish I was making tons of money, but unfortunately I'm not.

Thanks for the response. I guess I'll do that. But first I'll wait a little to see if anyone else responds here and get some more opinions.

    Cheers
