Hi,
I ran my first Twitter campaign yesterday and wondered if anyone could point in the right direction on this.
My Twitter Account Setup:
35 accounts and in total over 90k followers using FollowLiker.
Campaign:
I created 10 posts (landing pages) with each post having a video and mobile responsive ad, above and below the video. I then made Twitter Cards for each page and was pleased on the traffic results when I used SocialPilot to schedule the Tweets across all the accounts. One Tweet every 30 mins from 4.30pm onwards.
across all accounts.
Traffic:
Over 800 visits yesterday, and still over 125 this morning, when I woke up. (I'm happy with the traffic).
Earnings:
A terrible 80p and 9 clicks via Adsense in TOTAL. Page CTR a terrible 0.90%.
Going Forward:
I'm not sure what to do here, has anyone else who has tried this got any tips? I could try content locking the vids via CPA but I really wanted to use AdSense. I guess my main grumble is the CTR - but with mobile ads above and below the content I'm not sure what I could do here to improve this.
Thanks.
