My first steps for Spanish language blog?

Hello all

I am going to create a blog for my girl, her market is Chile, South America and Spanish speaking countries. The blog will be a kind of subject per day on many subjects, sex, lifestyle, self help etc etc with self written content.

I will be using Wordpress for this

It would be nice to build the blog and make some money from it. I have been looking through the threads here and am feeling a little swamped

Are there any things I should be looking at doing to get the ball rolling that I could then build upon as i learn?

Also, in terms of the Spanish language, the domain name in spanish also, how will that work out in terms of CEO?
