I'm new to this whole blogging thing and just started up my first group of sites. Can you guys give me feedback?

the same, check the plugins, deactivate one by one and see witch one is causing this , if not your hosting .. .

I currently run my own dedicated server. I made a mistake and was playing with iptables last night [trying to enable port-knocking] and ended up locking myself out of my own server. :op:

Anyway, the issue is fixed and I would really appreciate any type of feedback that I can get on these blogs, what type of affiliates I should look into and how to start making some money!

first 2 are ok, some of the pics are very outdated (2004), also probably needs a couple of disclaimers stating all models are over 18 and that it contains pornography and make sure you are not a minor looking at it etc.

still not sure if you have a blog that is using affiliate material/rss feeds/fhg etc & they have the disclaimer on the affiliate site after you click on the pic, do you still need to have the disclaimer on your blog?, I would have thought so just to cover any possible legal problems.

last one needs a couple of pics I think.

As far as the disclaimer goes, do you think it'd be okay to just make another page on the blog that states that all models are assumed to be of age because they posted their own pics? Or would it be okay to just add a small disclaimer to the footer?

I've had evil-packet for a while and have been adding content to it as I move along.

EasyHomeMadeWindGenerators will have a few pics and videos in the future, I figured that as well and it may help with getting more visitors.

Any idea how to generate more [good] traffic to the sites now that I have them up and running?
 
yeah I would have a disclaimer somewhere, maybe a static page with the disclaimer on, it would best be safe than sorry.

as for traffic try submitting the rss feeds to rss spider, not sure if blogcatalog.com allows adult sites, but you could add the 2 non porn sites to that.

also stumbleupon is quite good for non porn sites.
 
I looked at your wind generator site. You talk about having people buying the guides for
making the generators, but you don't show them any clearly defined place to get the guide.

I would suggest a banner ad alongside the articles on the right. Some people will come to your site and read the first article and then click the banner and be taken to the affilliate page. Get that set up, then start looking for some alt energy and green living forums.
 
The windgen site is too dark for my liking and there is some ultra dark text that I had to highlight to read. The layout is is bit compressed for reading but I bet that is because I'm 38 and old.

Otherwise good job.
