For anyone that hasn't watched Unique Whips is about a owner of a car customizing shop called Unique Whips. The crazy thing that I realized is that a lot of the services he provided was "out sources". Then I started looking at other companies who "outsource" all or a part of there services. I started thinking of what service that I could provide where I can outsource the job 100%. Market Research services is what I came up with. I formed an LLC a few years ago when I tried to start a wholesale business so I just went back to using it. With market research and other information service type businesses, the price range isn't really set especially because a lot of what people request is customized to their needs. So lets say a potential client sends a job request. I sent that request to an established firm and they tell me $2000.00. I go back to the client and quote $3500.00 and depending on the price I might double it. You asked for a deposit which is big enough or close enough so you can pay off the person you outsourced to before collecting the rest from your client which at that point would me all or mostly profit. Well that's what I'm trying to do now. I just started. I researched doing drop shipping and buying wholesale and reselling, but it seems like the real money is in the service industry. Information can be just as valuable and even more valuable that tangible goods. Just a thought. I see that most of the posts in here focus on making money off the net or selling goods. I'm just trying to bring something different to the game. I will post again once I start making some money.
