Hi guys, as the title states I am going to start my first journey in IM. I have attempted to try before but lost interested and I never got past the first stage of them. This time i am going to do it. I've already got something's started so I thought I would let you guys follow along. The Idea: Create a website with tutorials, guides, support both technical and a community of others doing the same as you. This site will be my job agency. Ill post to job websites and try to get people to apply. Once they apply and get approved they get registered with our job provides. The company pays us and then we pay out ?our? employees. The Plan: Create a website with a very simple front end trying to convince people to apply. Have a members area fills with tutorials etc. Once the site is ready i will post to job boards. Once the apply and i approve them i register them for our job providers and they create a profile on their site. They can start working in under an hour. The Payout: This is not a get rich quick scheme. This is going to take a lot of my time and hard work as well as a lot of time and hard work i have to pay for. The goal is only to gain 1 ? 2 ?employees? a week for the first month. I feel that this is a nice number that will allow me time to get used to running all the support and applications myself. After a month i should be starting to develop a routine and method to complete these tasks. After the site has be online for 30 days i am aim to make at least half of the initial costs (not including future updates) The website: This is a very simple website over all. The site has one home page that welcomes the visitors and gives them a pre-sell to one of our other pages with more information to pre-sell the job. There will be 3 sites providing different information pre-selling them on the job. The fifth page is the application page. The members area will be limited when someone first applies. It needs manual approval. Until approval employees can log into their account but can only see their profile page that shows their application process. Once they are approved they will have access to a ?before you get started? page which will walk you through the process to create their profile on the job providers website. Guides on how to download and instal all the software, as well as other useful tips to know before getting started, direct the member to the tutorials section, provide the best tutorials you should start with etc. Next will be a tutorial/guide section. This will give them training and methods to use while working. These will provide helpful information that will help them while working. Last will be help and support. This section will be all about technical issues or other support issues. Troubleshooting, FAQs etc. The Content: Front end: For the front end I have hired a content writers to research and write the content for all of the pages on the front end. Member Area: Getting started: For this section i will be using the freely available setup guides and find some online posts about tips to getting started. I will be rewriting and spinning this content myself as i am on a budget but if this site works out i will get a content writer to re-write this content. Tutorials/Guides: For this section i am going to hire someone to search online for related useful articles, tutorials, guides ETC. They will then compile a large list of URLs to these. I will scrap and spin them to get unique content and edit them for errors. Again once the site gets going my main focus is investing money on having content writers research and re-write these to be more user and noob friendly. Help and Support: Again this is all freely available on my job providers websites. I'm again going to scrape these and spin them. In the even something is not on the job posters website ill be able to find it with a Google search and then add it to my support pages. This section will be my last priority when it comes to re-writes. Where I am now: Currently i have registered my domain and got a hosting plan. I am currently working with a website developer and i should have my website ready in about 7 ? 10 days. I am also working with a content writer who is currently writing the content for the website's front end. What's next: Once I receive the sample content for review I will also review it with my developer to make changes and to get the best possible content for my site. After that I will re hire the same content writer to create content I need on the member area minus the sections for guides etc. I will also hire someone to start the list of use full URLs. Disclaimer: At this point I will not give out my niche. Please do not PM me asking for a method or the niche I am in, I will ignore you. I will try to keep you guys informed as much as possible. If you have any questions, tips, ideas or useful advise please contribute.
