Hello guys, and girls..
Got a question, if you don't mind to give me a hand I would apreciate alot.

I have built my first auto blog last week, and made some on page SEO in 5 posts for specific keywords. One of the posts is ranking 1# in google for determined keyword.
I was a bit surprised has the keyword by marketing samurai has 1300/day searches, and I haven't made any backlink building or off page seo, can't understand how that page is ranking in first...
By other side, I m in first position for that keyword at 3 consecutive days but in google analitic or adsense page i don't have one single visit to that page.
This is kind of weird, has that keyword has 1300/day searches and my page is in first and i don't have one single visitor?

Thanks in advance

May want to make sure analytics is installed correctly. Also are you 100% sure other people are viewing you as 1st and are you 100% sure the keyword gets 1300/day searches?

It seems highly unlikely that you did some minor SEO to your autoblog and you're number 1 on such a competitive keyword so quickly.

yep google analytics is correct, even in adsense page i don't get any page impressions, how can i be sure others are seeing my page has first ? well i see it has first and the other pages in page 3 and 4.
Well if keyword has 1300/day seacrhes, market samurai isn't accurate?

Your blog is not appearing for the keyword OR the actual blog name itself. (for me) I'm not sure why it is for you.

this is very very strange :| i have cleared cookies and history, and now it is in 4 place for the keyword.
If anyone can google it and see what happens post pls, blog is: allaboutskincare.org

thx

I think you were logged into your Google account. Sign out of your Google account and then see what position your website is.

Have logged out and still can see my blog index, and for the keyword scar surgery i have a page ranking in 4# can you guys confirm? Scar surgery site allaboutskincare.org

Thx alot

Just checked pages 1-10 for your site name and came up with nothing.

I did however find your site for "scar surgery" on page 5.

Ahhhh think i have found the problem. When i m searching in my default search engine google.pt i m in 4# place but when i make the search in google.com i m in the 3# not place but page. hehe

thx

I m kind of new to SEO, so forgive me if i m saying something stupid, but when i make the search "scar surgery" between quotes my page is in 1# place in google.com. if i make the search scar surgery without quotes my page in page 6# of google search, this is normal ?

Yes, this is normal. SERP will change if you put in quotes. You would want to rank for the keyword "scar surgery" without quote because that's how people search in the search engine. I'd say you have a high chance to rank on the first page if you get more quality backlinks to your page that is ranking on page 6.

From what I see here, the last 3 listing for the keyword on the 1st page(7-10) is totally crap and can be easily beaten with backlinks. Make sure your title includes "Scar surgery" at least once and about 2 times in description text. Just follow what your competitors are doing...tweak and be better than them. Don't overdo it thou.

Good luck

Now it makes sense hehe. Thx alot.
I was ranking for it with quotes, now i see that the order of keywords doesn't mather, I was thinking that in title and description adn url I had to put the exact keyword "scar surgery" now i see it can be in any order, and more is better, thx for the advices.

Google.pt is for my main country. PT - Portugal. most of the returns in search comes in portuguese.
