FACEBOOK sent a mail to me and said that due to suspected fraudulent activity my payments and ads manager of my account are disabled. But I'm sure there is no such fraudulent activity in my account at all.
Does anybody have experience to deal with such issue? I'm so disappointed about this situation.

It's normal ad manager error. They attend to do it when you don't log in with same cookies or huge IP difference is occures. Also if you log in with 2 different devices. Sometimes they just randomly give you that error.

You can contact them. If it is new account and you never done ads there, then better forget it but if you done ads in past and have paid for them, they might open it again.

I face the same issue (many others I believe facing the same issue). I was attending a conference abroad (Phillippine), accessed my ads while I was there, and got my payment account disabled right away.

I tried to contact Facebook and they just replied by the following message: Our records indicate that your payments account was disabled due to suspected fraudulent activity. .... This decision is final.

I have sent them my passport etc. They just replied by the standard reply above and ignore my messages since then.

I have been a customer of facebook for quite some times. All the payment are paid properly. My used credit card is legit.

This situation has really disappointed me. I guess facebook just don't care, they got such a huge customers already. I just hope we have other option to use beside this facebook. Facebook is dead to me...

    Hi Kare,

Thanks for sharing your story. From what you said, it seems that IF I travel FREQUENTLY and I use Facebook Ads, I will run into this issue all the time!

I just got my Ad Manager Error from Facebook and is now stuck and looking for a solution. Reading what you said here, I wonder if others have experience similar situation? i.e. they access facebook account from a foreign country and got banned because it?
