hi freind,
i want to rank my website with my favorite keyword "example (cheep hosting)" on google,yahoo and live on 1st page of search engine...
i have add in my website (keyword, title, description, etc) but my web site not rank with this keyword on search engine 1st page :rolleyes: i don't know why

how can i do this... any tool, track

Seriously though, if your looking to rank for "cheap hosting" thats about as competitive as you can get. Your question is far too general with no specifics about your site and what your trying to accomplish.

There is a lot of information on this forum, I suggest taking a look around and you will find a lot of information that will help you get started in the right direction. Just remember to take baby steps, and apply what you learn. When you have a more specific question, ask and people here will be more willing to help you out.

Oh, and welcome to the forum by the way.
 
ranking a site #1 for a good keyword like "cheap hosting" is a MILLION DOLLAR business, if it were that easy...cheezuss....

It takes lots of effort to achieve this, start with hiring someone writing articles and submitting them to ezine and more, let someone bookmark and build links, squidoo lenses.

You need LOTS of backlinks on strong established sites with your keyword pointing to your site...and this takes time and for certain KW it might be VERY difficult since you need to "overtake" established sites which already have thousands of backlinks.

Also..if your site is bad quality and has no real content it might be even harder.

As said..this is something you can spend MONTHS/YEARS on to learn since it is a "science" to rank a site/keyword and it needs lots of knowledge, white hat or black hat.

"cheap hosting" is not a keyword of my website..this is just for a example.:)

recently my friend develop and design a site...after 1 week, his site ranks top position (1st page) on google, yahoo, live with busiest keyworld :cool:

i can send his link with keyword through PM, if u can find the secret of this

So it's your friend? But he won't tell you how he did it. Or help you get started. I call BS.

Maybe his keyword had no competition. That makes it easy. You want to get ranked, you need backlinks. Search for that here and get to work.

Results 1 - 10 of about 257,000,000 for seo.
Results 1 - 10 of about 765,000 for cheap hosting seo.

i think long specific keyword will take you get first page rank on google search.

First off I?m not even sure I can understand what your saying.

I THINK your saying that you chose a keyword, built a website, the added your keyword to your title, description, etc. in your site. Then you typed in your keyword into google and your page wasn't number one. Is that what your saying? Is that all you've done with your site so far?

Have you done any kind of promoting, seo, ANYTHING else for your site? If not....you're crazy if you think your going to be one number one with all those search engines. I don't care what your keyword is or its competition. I believe you may have put the wagon before the horse. Why not check to see if your site is even indexed in the search engines first.

You need to be more specific with what you have done so far with your site if you want any help.

For starters, i dont think its much of a problem getting 'cheep hosting' in the top. If you wanted to use this mispell then its ok, because you can get a lot of traffic from this when doin it right.

Second, i dont think you went for the searchoption here.

YOU NEED A PLAN

And a new project (in my case) dont start with adding some metas and sit back while i have dozens of millions competitors.

Concentrate in what you want and CAN and how much time you can put in to it for traffic. If its from G or from other places its alright right? As long its the highest quality u can get for your site.

I can assume that writing keyword rich quality content isnt your option so maybe you can check out things like driving traffic from youtube or whatsover to your website. Make a good video on youtube with your watermark. add some QUALITY keywords in your title, tags, etc.

Bookmark this trough senuke or bookmarkdemon over the place and watch the numbers come in. Repeat and go from there.

Hits from the bmsites and hits from searchengines as one of your videos ends up high on the pages of G and thus they see your watermark when visiting.

Ok this is extremely basic but you have to start somewhere when making a buck
