So i purchased a co.in domain that is http://studentlife.co.in choose an web host that is free but good as far i know invested little money in traffic exchange to get a kick start uses Google webmaster to get indexed fast and all that suggested plugin like xml-site map, seo etc. then pasted some ad code from bidvertiser but after spending a month my earning are only .05$:( and now i came to know if you want to make money Always have something unique.Because as far i know my seo was good but no one of the visitor come backs to my site because content was not suffice. this is my story now i am seriously thinking to start an actual Blog which contains actual post

Now that you have invested all of the time and work on your website, use the same domain but change the content. Either write better, more interesting content, or hire someone at GAF (getafreelancer.com) for $2.00 per article - maybe less. Just remember, you get what you pay for. $2.00 does not have to get you bad articles. Put in your specifications that if you are not satisfired with an article you will not pay for it. Then it is up to you.

    Good luck

@neteater, it's hard to get repeat traffic with autoblogs. They really do live off of search traffic more than anything else for the most part.

However, there are a few things you can do to try to increase your repeat traffic a little bit with them.

Having a unique layout that's fast loading and fast hosting for better page load speeds is one thing. If a site loads slow, I won't even stay for the first page to finish let alone bookmark it to return later. So that could be hurting you a little.

Next, have the best possible content you can find. The biggest mistake I see people make with autoblogs is they try to find obscure RSS feeds to pull content from in an attempt to avoid using the same content as others are using. That makes sense in theory, but in application it really just leaves you with less quality content to offer your visitors.

Have some social bookmarking capabilities on your post pages. Like an "Add Me" widget to let people easily share posts with others. Few will, but every single one helps and it can have a snowball effect over time.

Use better permalinks rather than domain/?p=## default setup. I've never been able to get an autoblog to rank well in SERPs that didn't use custom permalinks and doubt most people could. (this is just for traffic, not so much for repeat traffic)

And give people a "Bookmark This Site" link right on the blog so they can add it to their favorites easily. Maybe a lot won't use it, but again a few might and it can have a snowball effect over time.

    HTH

Don't put more garbage articles on your website. You will only make your position worse. Delete the garbage and replace each deleted article with an interesting and keyword(s) targeted article. You can even replace some of the garbage with something from Ezinearticles, Goarticles, or another article directory.

You are your own best expert on your niche. Write something that will interest your readers - if it interests you it will interest your readers.

Don't ad any more junk. Get rid of the crap.

dude, you can't have the newb mentality of 1 site making you a living. you have to snap out of it! i started with 50 autoblogs. now i have 245, and will try to make it up to 300 by the end of the month.

make 2 autoblogs a day, and please choose a better template than the one you have now. choose the largest square block you can, and put it at the TOP. dont even put ads on your blog until a week after you have content on there.

i wish i could tell you more, but if i spent countless hours trolling on this site and many others, than you can too. good luck!

I totally agree with GreyHatMan - sounds like you're well on the way there with all those blogs. Nice one.

you need to review your sources of content mate its a bit plain looking on the homepage i wouldnt hang about 5 minutes.
People seem to think that you create an autoblog seo optimise it and it will bring traffic...thats not correct on the most part.
Make your site look legit and do some real promotion on it and it will go further than your average spammy looking site. I have one autoblog that gets upto 300uv per hour and its fully automated however i did some great promotion looked at my traffic options and source options and then built the site up further catering for those traffic sources. i added interaction with social media and networking sites i added interesting shit using the google api's...
make your site unique and dont be afraid to throw yourself into the coding of the theme...its pretty easy to grasp the (i just search google) and you can make some awesome looking sites.
Ok i have rambled on enough in summary:
    pimp up your site
promote the shit out of it
...why didnt i just say that in the first place?:):):)

I haven't made much if any money off of the 3 I created so far but I am getting steady traffic and I didn't promote them at all, I just set them up and glance at their traffic stats while I'm looking at the rest of my sites.

I did notice I get about half of the traffic from twitter and I use the post to twitter plugin. I'm also using a plugin that submits each post to SB sites too. I'm real satisfied with autoblogs for the the little bit of experimenting I've done so far.
