I have spent all day scrounging through 100 000 domains and organizing them into a list. So far the best I have found at least my top 2 at the moment are:

    Art Site(its a dot com)

    Majestic
    :
Trust Flow: 19 Citation Flow: 15
Healthy Anchors: No keyword is above 20% except the URL at 30%
    11 referring domains

    Moz:
    PA: 28
    DA: 14
    Moz Trust: 5.1
    Linking Root Domains: 6

    Archive dot org
Site was the same for its entire lifespan
    2 registrars according to WHOis

    Language
    Italian

Renting RV's and Motor Homes Type Site(its a dot com)

    Majestic:
Trust Flow: 21 Citation Flow: 17
Healthy Anchors: diverse anchors nothing above 21%
    20 referring domains

    Moz:
    PA: 30
    DA: 17
    Moz Trust: 5.5
    Linking Root Domains: 15

    Archive
Site was the same for its entire lifespan
2 registrars according to WHOis 1 drop

    Language
    English

Do these seem like sites worth grabbing? At the moment I am making niche sites and wanted to start a PR blog network. These sites are not really relevant to my niche sites at the moment because they are targeting Art and Motor Homes but sometimes that doesnt matter with expired domains.

Can any PBN veterans give me some advice here?

Too little referring domains. You're more likely to lose link juice than if you had 100 ref. domains.

Reg them anyways if they're cheap.

Although MozRank score is really nice as well as CF and TF,the DA is pretty low.

I usually start to filter by DA first and than proceed on other metrics.

Also,i must say that you done a great job checking the backlinks profile more in-depth as well as inspecting the archives.
Just shoot for higher DA and you'll do awesome!

Also,if you need any help in building your Private Network, just add me on skype and i'll be happy to help you with advices and suggestions.

Good luck, you're surely on a great journey!

I too think the referring domains count is too low. I don't actually look at that metric from the perspective of the link juice that it flows, rather from the perspective of my risk of that domain being 'devalued' by losing links.

A domain that has 300 unique referring IP's is significantly 'less risky' for that purpose than a domain that has just a handful of referring sites.

gotta say tony is right, don't look at DA/PA as they can be easily manipulated. also don't look at PR as it can too be easily manipulated. look at the number of referring domains and number of referring ips. also look at the majestic trust flow - this is probably the most solid value you an rely on.

Not worth. Look for domains with at least DA 20
