My emails are hitting the spam box of my customers

    Hey,

    2 of my clients today told me that the emails I sent them went straight to their spam box.

    I send them emails using outlook, and I never spammed anybody. There are usually link to my website, but business requires it.

    What can I do?

    Are you using your hosting company's mail setup with a custom domain? Those things rarely pass the filters, so we use google apps for business as well as outlook.com for hosting domain emails.

    Moving to google apps has also virtually cleared my inbox of spam, which was a common occurence with our previous setup.
