My Ebook Could Be Promoted By "Gurus" - Ideas Needed

Guys, I have got a chance to write a mini ebook (about 20 pages) about conversion maximizing, and the book would be promoted by some of my country's biggest "gurus", so its quite a big chance for me.

I'd like to ask your help to give me tips and ideas what to write in that 20 pages.
In summary what would you write in the ebook if you were in my place?

If you know a great ebook, blog, or website about the topic that would be helpful also.

Im not an expert in the topic, but I can learn fast, and it cannot be a big deal to write 20 pages.
