Its your competitors who are reporting you. I use to sell Lakers tickets all the time and i kept getting my listings removed because I had a picture of Kobe as the display. Sp what I did was report EVERYONE who had an actual Laker logo as their display picture. Then all I did was just to into photoshop, make a real simple and quick picture that said Laker Tickets and used that as my display picture..since the picture I made wasn't trademarked then I never got messed with again.

This have happen to me quite a lot because of other competition. It is a dog eat dog business. I wish there is alternative to ebay and have the same potential but too bad ebay is the only one that does well for auctioning.

Hey the same thing happened to me, but I thought eBay made a mistake when they only removed one of my five items.
But it's as you said they probably just wanted to warn me so that I would have a chance to put things right.

Do it right back imo. Eye for an eye. If one of your auctions gets shut down, report a bunch of other auctions offering the same item, because chances are one of those sellers was responsible.
But then I guess you're attacking sellers who didn't do anything to you, but still, that would piss me way off.

well many powersellers on eBay are selling replicas and a bucnh of other notti things
well u have to build ur account like those old accounts and there u can go about doing a lot of things.
Heck, i have seen powersellers selling replica LVs and they list like so many and still are on ebay
