I've got an eCommerce store generating about 300usd in profits monthly. I am searching for an expert in e-commerce to bring in some input. In return, they will be paid via revenue from the website.

We currently spend about 10k in Google search engine marketing and suspect that the issue is that we have to raise our prices or sell products with higher margins. Let me know what you think and how we could proceed to make some money together.

so far I noticed the current business model, which is simply " people buying earphones from our shop"
is not really the best idea. There is no hook and no possibility for a recurring purchase or client.
So its time to create a brand and time to make real money.

So I need a partner who could join so we can :


Idea/Goal

• promote writers, artists, speakers by listing their products or work in our shop
• Promote the work of art etc by enabling a user to download it as a bonus when they purchase a product from the shop. E.g purchase an earphone
• If they are interested in a purchase bonus. I.e work of art, they can sign up or subscribe for a small recurring fee.
• Since our sponsor is google, we donate a portion of sales to charity and keep part for our work as profits

Plan

-Search for related fields or keywords (market research plus SEO Research)

-Graphics creation (Branding, story etc)

-Facebook + instagram implementation

Keywords ( related field of partners/articles we could have in our foundation/movement)

• web design/service
• interior design
• spiritual/motivation books(open source)/downloads
• earphones
• sound therapy
• sound technology
