1. What is next? Do you guys continue to building linking using those tools ? Like maybe set PR 3 and above 10 link per day or ?
2. Should I Index my Tier 1 ?
3. How many private proxy should i get? 10 or 20 ?

Why wait a month to start backlinking your money site?

Also why wait so long between tiers, do you have any test results that waiting this long gives better results? I ask because i have tested the long term SEO thing and i don't see any difference between get tier 1,2,3 up at the same time and spreading it out over 3 to 6 months.

So if you have that data can you show me, i would love to see that for my own strategies

Also where do you get these PR3 links from, do they come with the software?

This is the worst of months. Start backlinking immediately after the site was launched.

First thing to do is register a domain and have a plan on a host you figure is most reliable for long term. If you've done your research and have made effective content, then move forth...

I've very recently been told "link velocity" (basically it doesn't mean shit how many links you've acquired (even 1,000,000 in 24hrs, so long as they're "quality").

You've obviously done your research, but if you feel as if one can pull off waiting a certain duration for a "time out" of statistics, that's not how it works.

- Don't just create accounts at a certain\specific\scheduled duration (0-day.. x-days).. Mix it up the best you can without leaving your "footprint" on it.
- Keep track of what IP's you've used in a spread sheet for account creations, and ensure continuity (locational IP\Proxy\Proxy => SSH \VPN\which ever.)
- Keep marching forward unless it's under someone's else orders or recommendations (including my opinion).

Start creating accounts "randomly" from now until whenever, with what I had said above.

First, you need to add some social in there, drip feed as well if possible.

Next, keep up the link velocity, you will need to keep building links for a while if you want your ranks to stick. Don't do any drastic changes.

You don't need to do any indexing on tier1 - Google will follow through the links and end up on the tier 1 properties on its own.
