In majestic, domain.com has 420 backlinks and TF of 12. Whereas http:// domain.com has 60 backlinks and TF of 20.

My site is ranking with URLs of domain.com/keyword and not http://domain.com/keyword. Can I do redirection of these versions of domain to each other to give linkjuice.

Is Yes, which version should be redirected to which one?

Are you talking about the difference between the ww and non-www versions of your site? The root domain option in Majestic gives you all the backlinks to any page on your site, even subdomains. You need to look at the www and non-www versions of your homepage URL to work out which one to redirect.
