My DM are limited

I use Follow Liker Twitter, and since the 28/03, I can't send DM. Or, more exactly, I send only 2-3 DM a day, and after, I can't, I have a 403 error with this message "Last response code: 403 -> Your message could not be sent. was received from twitter"

Do you have already experimented this?

My accounts, except the DM, are fine: I can follow, tweet, ... I checked and checked again.

It's just the DM which are limited.

Before, I sent only 50 maximum a day.

Hmmm, 403 is the error message I get from CrowdFire, but only after sending the max 1,000 DM's that you can daily.

This was from the Twitter Dev site... "403 - The request is understood, but it has been refused or access is not allowed. An accompanying error message will explain why. This code is used when requests are being denied due to update limits. Other reasons for this status being returned are listed alongside the response codes in the table below."

You probably are using a link shortening service that is being detected as spam or your account has been flagged.
