My Designer+ Your Work= $$ for Both

Hi!

I have a designer who is working full time for me. These days we don't have much office work for him and he is relatively free. I can offer his services as a JV to someone who needs a designer on a regular basis. He has good know how of Photoshop and Coral Draw with experience of over 3 years. Work samples can be made available on request.

Please let me know if there is someone who might be interested in using his services. You can either start selling the logos/designs that he does for you/your clients and pay per design. Alternatively, you can also hire him on lease from mebut in that case the problem will be communication as he is not good at english. Can be worked out.

Not find clients, keep the clients with yourself. Just need some extra work for my guy. I am anyway paying him salary.

I think he's open to more than just reselling graphic services. However, graphic design is one of the lowest paying degrees you can get. There's such an abundance. That's why people can get half decent logos for under $25.
