Yes buddy you are new Anyways Angela or Paul or Terry provide sites link every month. Those sites are high pr normally pr5+. In these sites you can place your own link to get high pr backlinks. There are mostly profile in which you can place links in signature or About me section. Follow are few examples. Some people have good results with them but some are not.

With your web 2.0 entries do you link to your main site and items in it or do you wheel them and only link some to the store?

Same with your blog comments are they always to your main site
