    Hi Everyone,
I guess it’s my turn to share my journey. My initial goal is $20 a day with CPA offers from social media. I’ll use this journey both to grab some extra cash but also as my trial period to identify the best method for me and my long term goals. Like everyone else, I want to make millions… but in order to run, you need to learn how to crawl…

    Background:
Over the last year I’ve been doing a deep dive into SEO and growing websites. I’ve had some success with that, so the next logical step is to dive into social media. I do have a full time job, so this will not be my primary income and it allows me a little flexibility with my investment amount.

    Platforms:
As I mentioned before, this is a trial to identify which is the best approach and platform for me, so I’ll be doing 4 different platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. Facebook will be my primary at first because I think it will be the quickest to get rolling from all that I have read. Followed by Instagram and Twitter. Pinterest will be my lowest priority since I think it will be more of an Amazon affiliate approach rather than CPA, but I want to grow the following now.
Facebook – Starting with 20 PVA accounts and focusing on Groups. 10 of the accounts were started at the end of last week and I’ll be setting the other 10 up today. I’ll be joining groups based on a specific niche, different one per account.
Instagram – Starting with 5 PVA accounts, but will had 5 PVA more shortly to bring the number up to 10. Initially I’ll focus on just growing a following, once I get to 2000 followers and a few solid weeks of posting quality content, I’ll add a link to my profile
Twitter – Starting with 15 Aged/PVA accounts, all set up and gaining followers. Similar to Instagram, I’ll get to 2000 followers before adding a link to my profile. I may reduce that to 1500 followers since (from what I read) Twitter is less strict with that.
Pinterest – Starting with 5 accounts and just going to let them grow for now

    Approach:
I’m using Massplanner to grow all of the accounts. Following for a set number, then unfollowing for a few days. Rinse and repeat. It will be slow, but I’m not in a rush. I would rather test my approaches out safely, than rushing them and getting invalid results. My links will go to landing pages with a unique URL per account. I have a lot of URLs already stashed away, so it’s time to utilize those. Landing pages will be built on Leadpages for now since I already have an account with them. I also have 10 private proxies with no more than 2 of the same type of account on 1 proxy. Once I reach $20 a day, I’ll increase the number of proxies. All accounts are purchased, two different vendors. All with PVA, half the accounts have been aged. I’m also going to consider a VPS here in the near future, but I want to see how much my PC can handle first.
For FB, I’ll only link to 10% of my groups per day and start that linking with I get an account up to 30 joined and accepted groups. I know it doesn’t sound like much, but it should be safer and effective once I have 20 accounts up to 100+ groups per account.
Instagram/Twitter – I’m still working on this approach. Initially it will be a landing page link in the profile once I reach the goal followers.
Pinterest – Again, just growing it for now. I’ll focus more on this once I have Instagram and Twitter set up.

    Tools:
Massplanner and most of its extra modules – Using to grow and auto post. I love there mass import and RSS feed options. I used Hootsuite before and hated the fact you couldn’t import the pictures when doing a mass import. It works really well here!
Leadpages – Using this for the landing pages. It’s expensive, but I already have a subscription from another side project.
Other tools like hosting, domain procurement and proxies are available from my other side project.

I’ll try to provide updates every 3-5 days. Due to the number of accounts (50), I’ll probably only provide the number of followers every few updates or total them for each platform. I’m happy to answer questions, but it may be delayed since I don’t have access to BHW in my office. As I mentioned before, this is relatively new to me, other then what I have been reading for the last few weeks. So I’m not claiming to be an expert and am doing this as a learning experience. So I hope you follow my journey, provide any suggestions from your experience and hopefully we can learn together. Thank you!

    Week 1 Update:
I’ve been on my journey for almost a week now and have earned $1.50. Doesn’t seem like much but, I’m taking this slow and honestly wasn’t expecting to make anything until after the first month.

    This weeks stats :
    Clicks – 16
    Conversions – 4
    Conversion % - 25%
This is only with 2 landing pages, a very generic post and only reaching out with 4 accounts once.

    Updates:
    Accounts:
    Facebook – 25
    Twitter – 15
Instagram – 5 (will be increasing to 10 next week)

    • Migrated over to a VPS – Using Shapehost and like it so far. I decided to make the jump since the number of applications was starting to slow my PC a bit. Plus I love the remote access ability from my full time job.
    • Proxies – Increased to 25 proxies this week so I could have 1 proxy per FB account. I’m not very happy with my current proxy service, they have extremely poor customer service and refuse to honor a price that they advertised. So I’ll be moving to a new service next week. Let me know if you have any recommendations
    • Three FB accounts banned – This is due to testing a few things and got a little over zealous. Completely my fault and am making the adjustments.

    This week’s Lessons Learned:
    1. Don’t rush it for the quick buck. I said I was going to be patient in my initial post, but I let the excitement get me which lead to 3 accounts being banned. Thankfully I bought a few spare accounts.
    2. Your first step needs to be completing the profile on the account, before you follow or join groups. I made sure all of my accounts have profile pics, cover photos, profile filled out (bio, background and add some interests). Try to make them look as real and unique as possible.
    3. Content and a variety of Landing pages are the next important steps – I’m going to focus the next week on creating an assortment of landing pages and content lockers on different topics spread over 10+ URLs. I’ll continue to add to these over the next few months. I don’t want to start anymore campaigns until I have a variety of content and at least 10 different lead magnets per landing page. I think this will both help prevent the bans and also create more engagement.

Let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas.

I haven't done much with Instagram yet other then setting up the accounts and letting them grow. I'm focusing on Facebook first since it's a shorter timeline to get rolling. Once the Instagram accounts have a solid following, I'll focus on them more and provide updates.

So far, what are the best networks to get traffic to your landing pages?

for me, pinterest is the crappiest. compaired t o the total followers or daily followers, very low CTR to landing page.
twitter and IG are approx the same and nice..
