I really hate this, my compute infected by HeurEngine.ZeroDayThreat and Trojan.Agent/Gen-MSFake virus.. I`ve download the pc tools, but i got error when I try to install the antivirus

I own bitdefender2013 which updated everyday, but my antivirus does not detected any virus on my files..

Anybody have solution to remove this 2 gay virus? *except re-install my computer

I've done this a few times before when I got some nasty crap on my machine. Worked everytime.

Use System Restore, just restore your computer to as far as you can go and you should be fine. It has work for me before.

Also one time system restore didn't work, so I had to use the Repair utility, which basically reinstall the core Windows files without deleting your stuff.

After restoring I will do a whole computer scan and good as before, hope that helps.

    Good luck.

I forgot to mention, this viruses usually block access to system restore, so you have to access it through the boot menu by selecting F5 or F8 then choose repair, something like that.

Once you do a restore, I highly suggest you get ESET NOD 32 for your anti-virus. People have extended trial accounts all over the internet, I just put in a new username/password once a month.

    It's the best. :D

Download malwarebytes. Update and run it. I hope it helps.

Have you try AVG? You need to boot your Windows into Safe Mode, otherwise the virus may not be cleaned.
