    Hi everyone

So as i never have time to write articles most of the time i just take an article from multiple website from a page smash them and rewrite the article completely. (I always make sure that the content passes copyscape/grammarly/smallseotools approval).

In the last few weeks i have seen thousands of backlinks sent to some of my articles, but i didn't paid attention as my articles were still ranking higher.

Although today I woke up with Adsense sending me a copyright infringement and fortunately it was just a warning saying that they disabled ads for a post on my blog. This is kinda pissing me off as this post has been taken out of the serps.

I know who sent the copyright infringement, and this competitor has been spamming my blog with bad comments accusing me of copying his article.

Though if you read both articles you'll find some similarities but my post is way more layed out, with various references through out the post. (And i'll say it again the plagiarism for this article is 100% unique).

I don't like paybacks, but this guy is actually a "needle in the ***". What would you guys suggest me to do? Im just afraid i'll receive more copyright infringement from jealous competitors :/

try reasoning with him, maybe offer him some $$ to get him off your back if you think its worth it, if not i mean it is his content you're using however you wanna spin it..you can always fight back them DCMA but that might take more resources and time than you'd want to spend on such things

Looks like you got a though competitor. But to be honest, I'd be fighting as hard if a competitor of mine would be outranking me with my own content.

If your content it's unique how he can report you I don't understand. You just rewrite with same style or?

If your content is truly unique, look at putting a DMCA badge on your page. Might stop some of the copyright reporting.

Maybe this ^^...but if you already got the notice from Google then I would say check your content manually. Like I got some articles which show unique in Copyscape, smallseo and plagiarism X checker tool. But still, I ran through a few lines manually in Google and found the whole duplicate content. So better check manually maybe there are some duplicate lines exist. And start using your own ideas from now to avoid such issues.

You will get DMCA claims even if your content is unique. Trolls have been abusing the system for awhile now. If your stuff is legit, just fire a counter-claim and move on.

Thanks for all the replies and the various ideas you guys gave me. Got in contact with other webmasters and the quickest way to solve this was to just move on create a new article with a new permalink and re-rank again.

What did you expect? Karma got you. Honestly you deserved it.

Write your own content originally then you won't have these problems.

My works (articles and images) I originally made and put on my sites also get copied and I see them on other sites. It pisses me off. I never reported anyone but maybe I will one day if I notice it if I have a bad day and want to revenge.

And at the end I don't do anything wrong by reporting it since it's my own intellectual property.

Guys like you do a bad things and I repeat, you deserved it.

Again.. Again.. And AGAIN I don't copy paste from other website. I use other websites as a main point to write my articles since most of the time my knowledge in certain niches is quite limited.

If you get your content copied from other websites then you're dumb of not filling a DMCA complain.

And I'll repeat myself again, do you think I'll care to open a thread if I just copied exactly from another website?

I understood you 1st time too.
But even if you rewrote content, maybe you didn’t fully and original author noticed you rewrote it and still got offended and filled a complain.

One of my competitor also rewrote one of my sites content and ranking for it. It’s unique from the eyes of Google but it’s still obvious that he rewrote it from my site, if you get me what i mean.

I don’t complain because I still rank better then them and also my niches are mostly pure blackhat so if i complain then my sites can be penalized too xD

When competitors are using your name or trying to get out of the game; that usually means you are doing something right; so I would keep doing what you are currently doing and just build on the marketing practices of your niche; competition will always be there and it simply means you are doing something right
