i have a micro nich blog and i do my best with content and it is unique 100% but i have a competitor stole all the keyword even my content is better 100%
my website is faster and he stole all the 4 rank in serp.
are there any solution to rank better or no hope at all

How was the rank "stolen"? Did your site simply get pushed to rank 5+, or is it actually hidden from view with a duplicate content penalty, deindexed, etc?

In both cases, this is apparently someone who invested a lot of time and money to get that result, and you'll have to invest at least an equal effort to take it back.

i am 11 and he is 47
and for seo i do my best i just feel down cause i write very rich content and very fast template but still very far of ranking

for example i wrote a unique content 700 words with trusted links like wikipedia and youtube videos and 3 unique hd photos.
after few hours he wrote just 100 words and rank as first

Happened to me with one of my niche websites. A website with way better metrics, but targeting common keywords, analyzed the keywords I targeted (which were great) and pretty much outranked me for all of them. The shitty thing is that they do not even provide accurate information in these articles, and just push services with a high affiliate commission. The title doesn't meet the expectations of the content. So yeah, it happens more than you think, and you just have to deal with it.

Big fish eat little fish.

I doubt anything can be stolen on the SERP as we own nothing there - he just implemented something better that got his website authority higher than yours.
Other than just on-page factors that you have mentioned above, your competitor implemented better off-page factors that could be giving his website an edge in terms of authority for his website.
You can only increase your website authority and beat his rankings from higher authority status.
Try getting better, higher quality links, preferably those from news sites, established sites, and that will bump your site's authority gradually over time.

are there any good sites to have a good authority from it

He is following your website. Whenever you do posing new content, he stole it from you and let google index his content. So the catch is, whenever you post content, just index it on Google. So Google will read your content first and give more importance to your website. After that if he try to steal your content, Google will read it as duplicate content and that website ranking will get down. Thanks

he write in the same content but because he have a high authority google put him first

So what u need now is to get some good backlinks

Exactly this! Great content and great on page optimisation is not enough. You need good backlinks to increase your website authority.
