i have a few micro niche sites and a few of them are working good and making me good money and natural, but for one of them just now had 4 page views and 6 clicks (150% ctr yes...). im pretty sure is someone of my competition that clicked to that.

will i get penalized or will happen something ?

I'd say sleep tight. Everything is gonna be fine.

(btw worrying about it make something bad less likely to happen? It's out of your control so relax. Said so, I really think there is a very small chance that you'll get kicked out and banned.)

I think ur paranoid. Lots of legit customers will click multiple ads on a site.

If someone was trying to get you banned, they would clickbomb you with like 1000s of clicks not just 6.

    lol, wouldn't worry about it.

If you get 1,000 clicks, that may be something to do with your competition

Google is not that stupid to ban you for someone just clicking on your ads multiple times. If it happens and the advertisers do not complain, google mostly does nothing! Now, if it happens on a lot of your sites, then that should set off an alarm bell due to the rapid income the site should generate.

They have ways of determining how the clicks are generated! first they look at

    the IP

Then they look at the country

and then they cross reference the info with all the details they have compiled about you , your site and your adsense account!

We voluntarily give Google so much info, that it is scary!

You can also just be pro-active and let Google Adsense know in advance.

    Stop freaking out, man.
it is not such a big problem just only 6 clicks.

Try to find another stream of income just in case you get banned from Adsense.
Don't leave your eggs in one basket.

6 clicks is not a Big issue . If you are still worried, Just send them a Message with your Logs . They have given in their website "If you suspect that invalid clicks may have resulted from a visitor to your site, we suggest that you review your site's logs for any suspicious activity and notify us with your findings . This information can help us in resolving any issues, although as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, Google will use its sole discretion when determining instances of invalid clicks. What i did when i was getting like 36 click per our from the same ip (i was at work and didnt notice) :
    1. banned the ip using .htaccess
    2. sent an email to adsense with my problem and logs (i use statcounter)
    3. made some quick traffic to increase the CTR

    Nothing bad happened. ;)
