I sent payment a few days ago.
After 24 hours, my paypal account has been limited.
And deal 660ILS I send in a situation "Inquiry by PayPal"

I tried to open a dispute for this transaction.
    But I get a message
When will I get my money back?
That my limited account "without appeal"

Is paypal will take the money from my account?
    And how long it take?

Thank you thank you thank you!

    i have experience on this,
you need to go to resolution center.
    just follow the steps.
and worst case is they will hold the money in 180 days.

But the payment I send 660ILS I do not get the item.
    Seller did scam.
I can not open his case. Because I get the message I wrote cluster.

Is money is currently held by PAYPAL I get the money back without a Case?
If so, how long it take?
    Thank you!
