My buddy has a paypal acct with $114 with no way to access funds

My buddy was selling some stuff on ebay under his fake info account (actually legit stuff) and he created a new paypal under a fake name as well. The balance is $114, but we have no way to withdraw, transfer, or spend the money until we put a bank account on it.

Is there any other way to get this money out except for opening a new bank acct somewhere and verifying it?

If that's the case, does anyone want a good deal on an ebay acct with around 8 positive feedback and a paypal acct with $114 on it?

Maybe you should get him a cheap vcc, and get a paypal account under it. The get either a netspend or a greendot debit card. Those don't require a bank account to get them, they are reloadable visa debitcards. Then maybe he could transfer the funds into it.

It might work.
 
go to your legit paypal

create a buy now button for something that cost $114

buy it with your bad paypal

problem solved? or am i missing something

edit: u cant spend money without verifying? i thought you could even request a chekc lol
 
Paypal doesnt verify the name on the bank account, just set it up using your bank info unless you are doing something fraduent.
 
Pm me and I will give you a couple options to get the money out in cash no playing around .
 
Send the money to my paypal, I use my paypal debit card and withdraw the money, I then send you the money via money gram and you now have your money the same day.

I've done this for a reputable member here lot's of times, he can vouch.

If he already has a PayPal using his bank he cant reuse the bank info for a second account.

Banking law is strict in the US if he is in the US a VCC will not be enough.

Its simple just open another saving account and use that saveing account it can even be with the same bank if you want more info on why and how this works PM me
 
I think I may just link it to another bank account.

The money cannot be transferred, spent, or used in anyway without some verification. A VCC will not work.

Why dont you buy under priced goods and resell them. You can use the funds that way. Another way is to use one of your bank accounts or a buddys bank account. You dont have to verify the bank account to withdraw. Mine is not verified

Wow Man please tell me this is true ? I though you had to have a bank account with your name if you tried this tell me. I have locked paypals i need to withdraw from/
 
why not just open another bank account? it doesn't cost u anything, and multiple bank accounts are always useful.
