my blog get hacked,can i SUE google?

hey friends,i finded my blog is hacked today,and be injected some hidden links (like position:-10000px) in the homepage,can i sue google,because it is his stupid algorithm will push the websites who linked in my homepage to top positions, anyone be hacked thinking about this ,it is because google stupid algorithm so that we get hacked,it is obey google's "no crime"rules ,any one have the same position?
stupid penguin update ,google focus on the too small things, even do not know,how to prevent people get solid rank by using hacked homepage links,because it is will disturb the whole rules of the web world

Yeah it is quite easy to sue google now days, their legal team has had some real set backs.

Google pulling you down on their own product is defiantly worthy of some sort of damage claim!
 
You could also sue bing, and wordpress and your domain registrar and hosting company
 
Sure, you can go ahead.
I guess you have enough cash to burn for legal procedure.
You know what happens when there is a case between very rich and someone not so rich even if rich one is at fault? His legal team try to take it to next hearing if they can't defend the case, hearing after hearing in hope someday not so rich guy will say enough is enough and take his charges back.

yes go ahead and sue google, Bing and every other search engine, then start a journey on here and give us a laugh, oh sorry i mean an update. Before you do though it's always better to live in the real world, maybe leave the funny smoking alone, and who only has numbers as a username anyway?
