My BHW account doesn't work, need help please!

    Hello,

    I have tried to login with my account and it seems my password was changed. When I try to recover it I get noticed that the email is not used for any account. But the email is correct since I still receive the BHW newsletter and also I found the welcome message from years ago when I have registered.

    I have used the support form but got no answer. To whom I can speak about getting my account back or who can please help me?

    I have JR. VIP on the account so I can also provide the payment history.

    Please help me...

    PS: This is an older account, I had registered prior to my main that I had forgot about. I have tried to register a new account to write this post but this other email already had an account on it so I just recovered the password. I don't need 2 accounts, this one I have never used. It can be deleted if I can get the other one back since I have no use/need for this one.

    Yes, I do. I know my account, I had it for 6 years ^^. Who ever hacked it, it's not theirs, it's mine. I know the last password, my login IP, everything. I just can't use the form to recover it...

    Hmmmm...try contact the mods maybe they might be able to help? do you see any new posts from your old account that you did not post?

    No new posts, I have just lost access to it a couple of days ago. I can't contact anyone with a new account, that's why I started this thread. I have tried the support form with no luck, maybe this way someone will want to help me...

    Thanks for posting IPMan please submit the ticket ID you would have received when you sent your message to the support desk and I can pick it up from there. Or even the email address you used as the one linked to IPMan hasn't linked to a case in the support queue.

    We will run our usual checks but need something to work with.

    I did not get a ticket ID, it just said "Success! Your email has been sent.".

    Should I post my email here in the open since I can't PM with this account?

    I am not sure if it is the right one but I think you should fill this form http://support.blackhatworld.com/customer/portal/emails/new that email should go to mods
