My land lord is going to throw me out of her apartment at the end of April if i do not come up with $1895.000

    Yess

That is how much I am owing.

I do not want to get throw out. I like where I am living.

Working at KFC does not pay the bills.

    Yes I am desperate ...

So I am new to all this black hat stuff, but I am willing to fork out some cashy to be tutored to make the quick buck ..

Yes I have some web skills....I have 3 websites..I use xsitepro for my sites
I am familiar with CB and CJ networks....
I know how to use adwords but last year I had 29 profit from all or my adwpords spending, which is over 500 bucks..

I just need is to know how to make a xtra $1000 united states dollars a month, to cover some expenses..basically...if I can make a few hundred a month that will surely cover my apartment rent...
However..I need that 1800 bucks to save my ass from getting thrown out of my cosy apartment at the end of april..

put your skills to use-- go advertise on some forums-- make some quickie websites for some newbies that just can't do them theirselves, are too lazy, don't know how easy a site is to make, etc. Charge like $20-30 a pop (depending on the site/quality/what you can get away with =P) and you are in business a bit. Write some articles (ugh@grunt work, but hell ya gotta do what ya gotta do right?). constant-content.com pays well if you write well enough; actually the site itself does not pay, but the webmasters looking for content come there and pay.

do grunt work to begin with until you can get out of the hole you are in at the moment and then concentrate on building some sort of service that is needed that you can pretty much complete fairly quickly (and well) so you can make some side income.

I know the feeling though--gotta come up with some cash myself by the end of the month lol, but willing to do grunt work really helps!

digitalpoint forums love grunt laborers lol. =D (and is full of n00bs who can't tell a site made with software for nothing so ya could prolly make a few bucks there)

look into flipping sites - theres some posts on here... that might be a quick cash option for you!

this might help you too - go on craigslist and commission some web design, use templates from template monster or use joomla and joomla templates, (you can always gets these templates ripped if you know where to go) get 50% to start the work.... just cos your in a tight corner charge $500 or whatever it needs to get the site - tell them 10 days or so to get the site up and running gives you a little breathing space... make sure you follow through with it.... put the sites on a portfolio hey presto you have a noob web design business.... plus as you complete the sites you get the other 50%

damn offer them for $300 small startup businesses should bite your arm off for a cms site like that!!!! id be surprised if you couldnt get your $1800 doing this... and this is legitimate too (if your not using ripped template) possibly slightly hard work depending on how skilled you are...

this is how i started out and now dont do web work unless its $2000+ for a simple site currently doing a site for $18k and will have it finished in around 6 weeks... that works for me! :)

shit get the jobs and outsource them - theres people on these freelancer sites that will do them for $50!!!!

    hope that helps...

For quick cash, try doing some craiglist posts with offers or write articles for cash if you are good at it (try to go for more than 0.01 per word). If you have extra crap lying around, try ebay (though ebay will forbid the selling of ebooks soon). If you do CPA offers, be careful as most cpa's are on a net-30 pay schedule which means you won't get paid for the current month's earnings until 30 days past the end of the previous month, so this may not work too well if you need the money right away.

Yeah I was going to say, 30 days is pretty tight considering most affiliate's pay schedules. If you manage to generate $1900 on your first attempt at blackhat, and manage to actually get paid all of it within the next 30 days, I'll be very surprised. You may want to start looking for a new apartment, and soon, unless you can talk your landlady into giving you another month or two. I'm not trying to sound harsh or discourage you, I'm just being honest. Try to find a new apartment that fits within your income level this time, then you won't have to worry about these kinds of things. Then, once you become a little more skilled and have been earning money online consistently for a few months, move into a nicer apartment or beg your landlady to give you the old one back after you pay her off what you owe. Best of luck.

Thanks BH - at one time i started off doing sites for free and was embarrassed to even ask for $300 in case i got laughed at! Now i dont even have to go and get jobs they usually come to me! And its me who does the laughing when they mention $500!

if you want to make a quick portfolio simply install a couple of different joomla templates and take screenshots and stick them on your own site... better still and this is probably cheating... well this is a black hat forum so who gives a $hit, hey id rather you do a little cheating then be homeless!

anyway goto the joomla template sites.. they usually have demos of the templates simply run through the demo templates and take screenshots of those! You can always touch them up in photoshop or similar if you need to make them more personalised... try template monster as well and grab screenshots from there!

At the end of the day your "starting out" and your prices should be cheap enough for the business owner to take a risk with you! :)

make sure you show the business owner how easy it is to update the site through the cms - if your using joomla dont show them the backend only the front end login and edit features! Thats a done deal! Expect a week for a sale to come around...

in time and you pursue this you can command a much higher price especially when you get to know your scripts inside and out.... $2k is average, i outsource for nothing less than $1k which is great since you dont have to mess around chasing the sale and or dealing with different clients... 1 to 2 a week is pretty much the norm this is great since it gives you more time to look at other projects and do some Black hat project work too! :)

Once youve been over this forum and reviewed everything you can charge more and make the sites more SEO friendly and get them higher ranked too! Win Win :)

the work i get out sourced to me is through local high dollar design agencies i usually respond to CL listings for companies hiring web designers and tell them its much cheaper to outsource.. er to me then for them to take someone on full time :)

ive out sourced my own work in the past to scriptlance and had varying levels of work done some ok some good but for $50 to $100 i dont expect a fully customized site just a few pages of content and a template installed, i normally supply the template :)

you can always get an intern too - mine right now is doing a marketing degree, and the stuff he's learning on internet marketing right now cant be touched by any of his professors! He's even used some of the ideas in some of the papers hes been writing! LOL

pretty much - its extremely flexible, with very few limitations - whatever limitations i hit ie if i cant find a plugin for it i will find the closest thing i need and customize it... if i cant find anything close to what i need i make it myself :)

    BarrackHat,

I feel you bro. I'm trying to pull in some quick cash myself.

One method I'm giving a try today is window washing. I'm gonna hit up the local stores and offer to wash windows for $15-$20 a pop.

I'm also planning on doing some writing ($.02 per word hopefully) and making bank off of that.

Site flipping does sound pretty promising... I think Ed Dale's Dominiche course is floating around here somewhere. I've heard that it's a pretty stellar site flipping guide.

    Good luck dude!

When you need to make fast cash, you can't go with affialates because you are not going to be paid within 30days after start (at least mostly not), If you still looking affilialate programs try to find some which pay twice a month...
You need to sell something by yourself think what you can do - what kind of service you can offer and if you put lot's of time to it you can make it.
Good place to find customers for webmaster services is DP's forum B/S/T section, but to make that kind of cash you need to work your ass off.

another suggestion - sell something you own go and check what you don't need anymore and put it on ebay or something.

I hope you can keep your home :(.

    I wish you luck....

My hours at KFC are long, and the extra time I have, I come home and surf net and read this forum. Since I have joined this forum, the support I have received and the PMs from strangers to help me. I very much appreciated.

Someone even PM me and offer me some black hat coaching via skpye, but he was asking too much money, I want to thank you publicly still.

    Thank you guys....

Good luck man! Try going to small businesses in your area. The face to face with non-tech savvy business owners can work wonders....they get the site they have no idea how to create, you get paid. Possibly become a webmaster and update content so as to keep getting paid.
