My Affiliate company just removed my cashbox / email submit box because I was making too much money with them, im really pissed off :(

Can anyone recommend any good pay per email sites??

I have used

CeCash & Sexmoney.

CECash doesn't convert very well.

that sucks! how much were you making and how much did they owe you? How much is too much money?
 
Never understood these programs that get greedy and decide they can do without there top affiliates since they have there clients info. Big mistake...
 
I was currently on 1400 euro for the month.

They paid me 800 of that, and told me to remove all the cashboxes
